Numbers 21:14 is a fascinating verse , וָהֵב Vaheb (which as no lexicon definition) and סוּפָה cuwphah are not translated correctly ,so can any Hebrews actually read that verse?
The King James reads 'Red Sea '. even though the Masoretic-Septuagint makes no mention of it.
Here is my rough composite-translation.
Numbers 21:14-6
Through this as it is said in the scrolls of War of how the 'Chariot/Lord 'broiled/lifted up/ the /snow/gold/ ' of the Winter-torrents of Arnon, The winter-torrents went forth and settled in the Spring-time? and he placed them in the boundary of Moab, from that place, down into the wells and from that Well, the Lord said unto Moses bring together the people and give them the water to drink.
Premise - / the snow melted, trickled down and fed the wells /
