Paul didn't accept any sort of sex, that's his hang up not ours.
That's an assumption. That's your problem, no one else's.

No it's scriptural, his answer was get married. He had some serious hang ups on sex itself. That's an assumption. That's your problem, no one else's.

1 Corinthians 7:1 (KJV)No, your assumption that Paul didn't accept any sort of sex is your assumption. That simply is not true. Neither Christ or Paul accepted any sort of sex outside of marriage between a man and a woman as originally designed in Genesis. Both accepted that and Paul even said so more than once.
1 Corinthians 7:1 (KJV)
Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.
God clearly wants people to be homosexual. A lot of homosexuals pray to God for the grace to be heterosexual. God could provide that grace and give them a healthy sexuality. They didn't choose to be gay. I spoke with a gay person who said he wouldn't wish it on his worst enemy. He didn't want to be gay and would go to any length to be straight. It was forced upon them. God's refusal to give them a straight sexuality makes God responsible for their "disordered" sexuality. God wants them to be gay.
It was drilled into me from my Catholic upbringing that homosexuality is an abomination against God. I'm not so sure about that anymore. I can't say one way or the other. What I will say is I disagree with God for forcing homosexuality upon them. Yes, it was forced upon them. They didn't choose it!
I could not choose to be homosexual. It would be impossible. Likewise, a gay person can't choose to be straight. I'm sure God is more reasonable than I , to see that it isn't their fault. He made us sexual beings and sexual beings are going to have sex. The God I know is not the God of the Bible or the Koran. I am more merciful than that God. The God I know is more understanding and charitable to people than I am.
If you are gay, no one understands you, loves you, and accepts you more than God. God is love and mercy.
Also, someone on the forum recently posted something about the pain homosexuals have to go through. It increased my compassion for them and I find them heroic for what they have had to suffer. If you would like to post some of the struggles gays have to go through that could increase mine and others compassion for them , that would be great.
I didn't say anything about what doesn't consitute fornication, in fact I said "his answer is get married". Nice deflection but you didn't change anything I said.Let's put that in context, shall we:
7 Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.
2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
Every man having a wife is not forbidding sex.
I think it is clear that God wants there to be homosexuals. That's the message I was trying to get acrossYo man, there are so many things that you have written that scream naivety, I ask you, why are you writing this stuff, just to show what goes through one's mind is one thing and a reason but is that all?
I think it is clear that God wants there to be homosexuals. That's the message I was trying to get across
What does that entail, specifically? How were you convinced? The Spirit makes the truth known to believers. He is the Comforter sent by Christ to each Christian.
