My hernia surgery

I can't find the journals anymore so I'm putting this here.ive got an appointment for the hernia Dr he's suppose to give me my surgery date Wednesday yay!

I have to get weighed first make sure I'm under about 295 or less. I'm starving myself till then my scales. Isn't working.

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be laparoscopic he has to do it that way. Mine is a difficult surgery. Then cosmetic sutgeoun will take 10 or 15 lbs off in a tummy tuck. I'll probably go to a rehab out here for a few days.

I've avoided the weight loss surgery for now.But I'm hoping I can continue to lose weight and continue to avoid it.

Medicare Medicaid will not pay for weight loss surgery unless your doctor says and has a year of recorded weight gain.

If he can say you have not lost any major weight have continued to gain over the past year or 2 you can qualify for it.

At 290 down from 342 I don't qualify for it. But that can change if I font get on my weight loss journey.

I may try getting a food sponser through
OA and doing the OA thing for awhile.But I might also go back to weight watchers.

I have friends who do Weight Watchers and TOPS. WW for the structure, TOPS for the individual support. I went to TOPS for a while as I lost weight and I met a lot of great people who I ended up doing exercise with. I've done relay races with some of them for three years now.

Ok so I went today got weighed. I weighed in at 292 close enough.theyre gonna call me when they get a date.

First they have to get the ok from the insurance.Then they have to call the Cosmetic sutgeoun find out what his add schedule is like.Then they hav eff to find a date that both he and my hernia Dr can do the surgery.

They said it should be a month or lesd.Hopfully within 2 or 3 weeks.Im suppose to stay in the hospital 4 to 7 days and I'll have drains on me for awhile after the surgery yikes.

The physical therapist will decide if I need to go to rehab or not.

Might be a long hard recovery.

7 hours from now I get up and go into the hospital. Had to drink some crap today to clean out my system.Im weak cant eat just jello and water all day today. Cant wait to get this over with. Ive had it for 6 years sense I had my hysterectomy 6 year ago and its very painful. Well ILl try to post in a few days while I'm in the hospital.

I lived through it got back home 2 days ago. Got blood drains in me for a few weeks.Got lots of back side tummy pain no complications.

I'm so happy to be home the inconvenience nausea and pain doesn't even bother me that much. Got on my food plan today they're sending a physica l therapist in 2 weeks.

I hate hospitals. Having to be tied up to m a Chinese had a tube in my throat it was horrible tied up to breathing machines too. Might as well be in hell.

I was on heavy pain relievers.the pain coming out of surgery was so so traumatic I can't remember the pain but I do remember my horrible behavior.

Screaming out pain and beating my bed. They gave me my dilda drugged pump. I GOT better remember telling the nurse your gonna be my drug dealer then she was laughing.

I hallucinated bad had itching with that drug I was out of my mind.

I had 1 or 2 of oregys going on in my hallucinations I was laughing I don't believe I had a sex relapse though.but yes had sexual hallucination.

I'm so happy to be home with my cat house chair I could kiss it.me and my cat have been cuddling.

I told my head nurse who called and checked upon me thankyou for taking such good care of me.I hope those poor nurses who work in hell everyday enjoy the 100 to 150 bucks per hour that they earn working in hell, in their sweet rich penthouses living in luxury outside of their jobs.

Ok got out of the hospital went home. My incision began to burn and hurt. We found pus and green gunk on it. The Dr told me I did not have an infection it was normal and would heal up soon.

I ended up in emergency with a hole in me from where I kicked out my blood drains and a giant infection taken over my tummy waste area.

I spent a couple of weeks in rehab and now I'm in the old folks home i was in 5 years ago after my histerectomy.

I am getting better but its gonna be 2 or 3 months before I am home. I am hanging in there.

Trying to make friends going to physical therapy and walking the halls everyday. My wound is better.

I am happy because my weight is all the way down to 270 at least I maybe down to 260. I was off my diet this week though.

But my pills vitamins pain relievers all make me sick at my stomach so sometimes its hard to eat plus the food stinks.

My new guyfriend Randall have visited me once sense I can leave for 4 he trips his taking me out to eat next week.

Were getting close talk all the time.

So that's my update sorry I went so long without posting.
