Is Jesus Christ true man AND true God?

Heres the dictionary definition for Jehovah a form of the Hebrew name of God used in some translations of the Bible.

Some translations?????????????Can I get an AMen to that?
The spirit of Ama recommends that we use the King James Version because "it is nearer the truth" (than other versions). He also recommends that we read Pasiong Mahal, a book that is chanted in the Philippines during Holy Week.

The tabernacle has items precious (silver, gold ) and common (goat hair, wood, bronze...)
it shows a combination, two natures are welded together in Jesus: fully human and fully devine

God is the one talking in Revelation and not an angel. Read the book properly and see that it was God who was talking.

Read Revelation 2:8 about the letter to Smyrna. Who is "the first and the last, which was dead and is alive".

Theres lots of things in Revelations that are mythology and stuff that hasn't come true that was foretold. Its not a believable resource. Of course Christianity teaches Jesus is God, tell me something I don't know, any other proof?

First of all, could God be a man?
Yes, he could but he won't.

Numbers 23:19 New King James Version (NKJV)

God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

anigif_enhanced-12611-1409756451-4.gif

He already said it during the time of Moses:

  1. God is not a man nor a son of man
  2. He does not lie
  3. If he said it, he will make it good

Secondly, is our Lord Jesus Christ a man?

John 8:40-45 New King James Version (NKJV)

But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this. You do the deeds of your father.”

Then they said to Him, “We were not born of fornication; we have one Father—God.”

Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me.

What did Jesus said?
  1. I am a Man
  2. A man who heard the truth from God
  3. I came from God
  4. God sent me
  5. Those who can't understand him, belongs to the devil
  6. I am telling the truth
Conclusion: Jesus is truly man and he is not God.

Did you know that the spirit of Ama said that it is only now that the prophecies in the book of Revelation are being fulfilled (about mid-1980s)? It is not a mythology, as you alleged. Did you know that Jesus is true man AND true God? Please read the creation of man in Genesis 2:7.

True, that God is not a man. God is a spirit (John 4:24). You must understand that Jesus Christ is composed by the physical body and the spirit (Genesis 2:7). That is why Jesus said in John 10:30, "I and my Father are one." And in John 14:9, Jesus said , "Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?"

God is not a man and you said God is a spirit. The bible says:

1 Timothy 1:17
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

The only God has the following characteristics:
  1. Eternal - without beginning or end; lasting forever; always existing
  2. Immortal - not mortal; not liable or subject to death;undying:
  3. Invisible - not mortal; not liable or subject to death;undying:

The Lord Jesus Christ on the other hand was:

Has a beginning

If you were to believe in a god, be sure that He is the true God.

John 17:3 states: "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, nd Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent."

If there is a true God, there are numerous false gods. How do we know the true God? Very plain and simple without using the holy scripture of any religion. The true God must be omniscient, meaning He knows everything, including what happened in the past and what will happen in the future.

How is Jesus God?

God made a human body and then God encased Himself in side of the human body Jesus.

There you have the human body Jesus and God inside of the human body Jesus.

Therefore making Jesus God and human.

A man is made up of two parts. There is a physical body and a non-physical spirit. Jesus had the physical body od a man and the spirit of God. This is how Jesus was different from other humans. Other people have human spirits but Jesus had God's spirit. True man physically and true God spiritually. So simple but no one can see it.

It is that simple! He's God manifest in human form. He is true God and true man. He was called the Son of God because He was born of the holy Spirit. (Luke 1:35)

Although people could go on and talk of greater details. This is the basics and where people should start from on understanding this topic.

Yes...
That doesn't make sense. it sounds very Greek too.God man like Hercules? OLympia?

A person who has both the nature of God and nature of an unfilled man would be a perfect mediator between the two

Bit like when the son of David set himself up at the gates of the city and tried to usurp his father, only in this case it seems to be the greek who use the son as a usurper.
