Immigration: The Elephant in the Room

Well to varying degrees most westerns having been saying that for decades.

Perhaps, but that's why immigration has been such a hot button issue. There are very few people (if any) who have been arguing for a complete moratorium on immigration. Likewise, there are very few people (if any) who are arguing for completely open and unchecked immigration. Most of the debate (and this is why it's an "elephant in the room") seems to revolve around which immigrant groups are "acceptable" and which ones aren't. The so-called "race card" gets thrown around quite frequently as well, further complicating the debate.

I agree with much of this, but I want push back at the last thing you said. I believe that children born to Muslims have the same instincts for peace as everyone else but that the Islamic indoctrination they are subjected to negatively impacts those better instincts.
What do you make of the vast majority of Muslim people living in peace with others?

In addition to icehorse's response to this post, I would say that the Muslim population that are living in peace with others are doing so as a result of their assimilation into western civilization.

The Middle East is currently a nightmare which it's own violent inhabitants are fleeing from and now inflicting violence on the western nations who were courteous enough to allow them asylum. It's absolutely disgusting. I love Europe and I'm now terrified that it might be irreparably damaged by Muslim immigrants for the duration of my lifetime.

The real question is why these people are always immigrating into Europe and America. You never see this in Japan. They have a better economy than America, but sending American or European immigrants there would be politically incorrect.

If all of these people are abandoning their homelands, what do you think will happen to their economy? It will fail. Both immigration and emigration harm the economies of both countries.

I don't believe it's true. For example, almost all of the most dangerous places in the world for women to live is in Muslim majority countries.
I'm not sure what you mean.

Why do you think this?

There are Muslims committing acts of violence in Europe. They are, for the most part, not immigrants.

You should examine this terror you are experiencing. It seems disproportionate to the actual threat that Europe is going to be destroyed by Muslim immigrants.

There is a HUGE overlap between where most Muslims live in the world, and those places where it's least safe to be a woman in the world.

I've seen this before. I meant I wasn't sure of your point.
