Is Jesus Christ true man AND true God?

Maybe they lack something in their life ?.

Maybe, but lacking means to have something missing, if they have something missing then they are looking for it, however they say they have found it and are no longer looking, so by my calculation it is the searcher who is lacking.

:) thats for them to know I suppose, however for millennia they have said everything was created from nothing and is governed by law, science said 'is that the answer' so they started to search, and they found that everything was made from nothing and was governed by laws.
Nothing remains a mystery that some call God or spirit, everlasting, infinite, knowing all things etc etc
Man seems to get confused with what he wants and what he needs. and as your quote says the answer is inside not outside, and we are mostly...... 'nothing'

Of course science is not happy with nothing, so they now want to create a black hole, and as we all know a black hole is not black but white, of brilliant light that we can't see, like black paper, the light goes in and don't come out,
I wonder now then if that is something else that has been known about for millennia, after all Enoch reckoned to have encountered these brilliant 'portholes' complete with other experiences of life.

Ah so much ignorance flying around in the old days.

This came from Christianity in General closed today 2016-12-03 by Brickjectivity. He suggested to put it in Same Faith Debates or Religious Debates. Here is my answer to Neo Deist:

Many people are confused about the deity of Jesus Christ even though they are in Christianity DIR. Revelation 19:10 states: "for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." And God's coming had been prophesied about 700 years before in Isaiah 7:14 and 9:6.

pececrusder888,
Jesus was and still is a god to us, but Jesus is notThe Almighty God, whose name is Jehovah,in English. Notice that Jesus is even called a mighty god at Isaiah 9:6. The Hebrew word for Mighty god, used there for Jesus, was El Gabbohr, but the Almighty God is El Shaddai. The Bible tells us in many places that Jesus' Fathers name is Jehovah, in English, Exodus 6:3, Psalms 83:18, Isaiah 12:2, 26:4. In the KJV, allthe places the you see either LORD or GOD, all capital letters, in the Original Autographs, was the name Jehovah. The Hebrew pronunciation might have been Yahweh, but no one knows for sure how to pronounce God's Personal, or Proper name. The pronunciation was lost because the Jews began to think that an imperfect person should not pronounce God's name, so Lord and God were substituted. The Almighty God's name was in His Bible over 7,000 in the Original Autographs.
This has caused a real problem in the Greek Scriptures because many times it is not clear if the Bible is speaking about Jesus or God,because both are called Lord. Bible translators will answer to TheAlmighty for this enormous sin!!!

A human person is made up of two parts. A physical body and a spirit. Jesus had the physical body of a human but He did not have a human spirit. He had God's holy spirit. Therefore Jesus was indeed fully human ( in body ( and fully God ( in spirit ). Like all humans, his physical body died and turned to dust But his spirit returned to be with the Father in Heaven. The good news is that a human can receive God's spirit and also return to God.

Lostwanderingsoul,
For Bible doctrines to be true they must agree with all the Bible, called Intertextuality.
Actually theBible tells us that the human is made up of THREE parts, 1Thessalonians 5:23, spirit, soul and body. Neither of these can live as a person without the others.
Consider what the Bible says when Adam was created, Genesis 2:7, where we are told that God formed Adam of the dust of the earth, then blew into his nostrils the breath of life and the Adam Became a living soul. The Hebrew word for breath was Ruah, which is the same word for spirit, then notice that the men BECAME a living soul, he was not given a soul as something different. Actually the exact same word soul, is used, in the Original Autographs, for both man and animal, Ecclesiastes 3:18-20. In the original writings, in the KJV and many other Bibles, even use the term souls in the first chapter of Genesis, where the many animals were created, were souls, Genesis 1:20, 24. If you have a concordance, look up the words used and you will find that the same word, Nephesh is used for both man and animal.
God's spirit is what gives all living things the power to move, and when man or animal dies that spirit returns to God, Ecclesiastes 12:7. That spirit is a force, but has no personality of the dead. Remember that Jesus said that No one has gone into heaven, but the one who came from heaven,Jesus, John 3:13. The Bible even tells us that David, a man after God's own heart, did not go to heaven, Acts 2:34, 13:22. David did not want to die, because he knew that the dead cannot praise God, Psalms 6:4,5, 115:17.
The resurrection has not taken place yet!!

I think you have just disproved your own point . Man became a living soul. The word translated as soul is also translated as beast or creature. Man is a living creature. The "soul" is the living creature not a separate third part of man . A man has a body and a spirit. He IS the soul.

Man was a spirit creature that was clothed in animal flesh.
Have we not wondered what was meant by being clothed in animal skin, have we not considered the implications of the killing of an animal, the skinning the curing, the cutting, consider the implements needed to perpetuate being clothed in animal skin.

Now the spirit that was clothed with animal flesh in the case of Adam was a law breaker, cut off from the word of God, the spirit that was clothed with animal flesh in the womb of Mary was full in the word of God, was not a law breaker.
One would assume that the flesh is contaminated by the spirit, however in the case of the son of God and son of man (Mary) Adams sin was not passed on.

As for God being present in everything then we have what we refer to as nothing, as that is present everywhere is eternal.

Our problem is we cannot ''see'' nothing

Light waves, sound waves, I wonder how that works.
The light of God, no need of the sun, i wonder how that works.
Is seeing believing, I wonder how that works.

Is Jesus Christ true man AND true God?

Does God wan man to be God?
Ezekiel 28:2 New King James Version (NKJV)

“Son of man, say to the prince of Tyre, ‘Thus says the Lord God:

“Because your heart is lifted up,
And you say, ‘I am a god,
I sit in the seat of gods,
In the midst of the seas,’
Yet you are a man, and not a god,
Though you set your heart as the heart of a god

Now would God want to be a man?
Numbers 23:19 New King James Version (NKJV)

God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

What did the Lord Jesus say who he was?
John 8:40 New King James Version (NKJV)

But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this.

What did Apostle Peter say who Jesus was?
Acts 2:22 New King James Version (NKJV)

“Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—

What did Apostle Paul say who Jesus was?
1 Timothy 2:5 New King James Version (NKJV)

For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,

Summary:
Moses: God is not a man
Jesus: a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God
Peter: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God

Paul: the Man Christ Jesus
God: you are a man, and not a god

I believe the confusion is brought about by the situation of true representation, ie when the agent has the identity of the one he represents and is chosen for his ability to reflect the person or being that he speaks for, a term shaliach was adopted to define such a representative.
Abraham chose a representative to select a wife for his son, someone who could be trusted to make the right decisions as if he, Abraham, was there himself.

Jehovah is one of the names of God. It is in Exodus 6:3, Isaiah 12:2, 26:4, and Psalms 83:18. It is also in the King James Version of the Holy Bible Exodus 3:14 which states: "And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel,I AM hath sent me unto you." That is another name of God.

In Revelation, God is the one talking (Revelation 1:8), and John was writing down what he was seeing and hearing (Revelation 1:11). God said in Revelation 22:16, "I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star." Therefore, that is another name of God - Jesus. It is not only Jehovah that is the name of God.

WHy does he have to be God to do that? Maybe sent his angel to be a witness, doesn't make him God.

God is the one talking in Revelation and not an angel. Read the book properly and see that it was God who was talking.

Read Revelation 2:8 about the letter to Smyrna. Who is "the first and the last, which was dead and is alive".
