Whaddaya think so far?

I like.....
- The vision of future technology is impressive. Compromises made in the interests of story telling are subtle.
- Having 3 plausible opposing groups.
- High production values.

I dislike....
- The sound mixing is terrible. Loud background music-like sounds obscure voices.

I'm lucky enough to have read all the books far in advance. And while the TV show is certainly (and necessarily) different, it's still absolutely smashing.
