Don't be so naive, of course we are affected by what the US does, they draw everyone into their stupid wars, and there is nothing wrong with Trump, get educated for god sake.

A president does have wide latitude on immigration issue. That's just the reality of it. I'll be surprised if a lower court can really do much to stop it. My guess is that only the Supreme Court is capable of dealing with this. That said, green card holders should be allowed back in, but it's not like Trump has any confidence in the Obama Administration's vetting process.

Yes when you leave out the fact that they are just shutting the border down for certain countries. We've already been vetting and Trump wants to make sure it is good enough vetting.

Really...I wasn't completely serious...it just seems like it is a lose lose situation either way. Terrorists from those countries want to get in some terrorist attacks on American soil

I believe that he is using the recommendations put in place by Obama. Why wouldn't you want to insure who people are who they say they are.
