Can humans create something from nothing or nothingness from something?

What are u talking about?!??

Both science and religion are based on logic. Without logic we have nothing to discuss. And philosophy is completely based on logic. I'm surprised that u don't count philosophy as a field in science.

Besides this verse wanna say that god isn't like u. He doesn't need to think to plan or use trial and error to create something even he has no intention . He has no mind like u. When he says be something will be created. Even he doesn't need to say be.

But it doesn't say I created u from nothing.

One may like to read post #13 in another thread that is relevant here also.
There are religions with a lot of myths in them, so religion is not pure reason/logic always. Please
Regards

The basis of any religion should be based on logic
Otherwise how can people trust some myths?
Besides I think just materialism can't accept philosophy as science

U wanna say my religion isn't based on logic??
Actually what does logic mean for someone that thinks infinite regress is possible???

U wanna?

I did not ask that. i actually left your religion out of the question, explicitly. You should pay attention to what I write..

I asked what other religion does not use logic, in your opinion.

Yes, you are wrong. Or at least you are wrong to believe that I think that your religion is not based on logic while others are.

As a matter of fact, I am very ecumenic about the logic foundation of all religions, and because of that, I believe they all belong to the same big family.

So, forgetting for the moment your religion, do you think there are religion not based on logic?

Let's assume we have 2 sentences
1 do u know a religion that is not based on logic? Apart from yours

2. Do u know a religion that is based on logic? Apart from yours

Considering the meaning of ""apart from yours ""
First means my religion isn't based on logic

Second means my religion is based on logic

Anyway

I think some religions were just made of some low minded people for example those who worshipped the fire and idols

Some religions, maybe. And if you ask me, worshipping something that obviously exists (e.g. Fire) seems to be more logical than worshipping invisible beings.

So, let's be specific with an example. Do you think Christianity is based on logic?

If I want to be honest since I am not familiar with their opinions about god I can't say anything
Even I don't know they think Jesus is god or not!

I don't think humans have access to nothingness. The closest we can get is to put the vacuum of space into a container, but there is still something inside.

Even you? Wow.

That means that it is entirely possible that Christianity is based on logic, isn't?

Would you agree?

You cannot create something from nothing, it would violate thermodynamics.
Some energy is transformed during any creation, some type of energy is used or transformed.
