You could just paste a link from a supported service like YouTube and it will automatically embed to the post. You could also upload pics to your albums in your profile page. Load is pretty much a short version of upload and avi a pretty much short version of avitar. (The English language is so lazy)

Seriously! Why not upload or avitar (I thought it was avatar and not avitar)? It's just a couple of letters!

AVI is an extension of a video format. That's what blew my mind.

HAHA. Yeah. It's avatar. My fingers slipped. Yep, AVI is a video format to then you have "mp3 player" compared to mp3 format. :p ....etc
