Do you want to debate the Bible, djhwoodwerks?

I think you @djhwoodwerks didn't watch the video.

Yes, I watched 'some' of the video. All I have to say about that is,

2 Timothy 4:3-4 (ESV Strong's) 3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

If you want to go there, none of the words, on, your, own, are in the original.

It appears you pose as a student of the Bible, but you ignore this. 2 Timothy 2:14 Keep reminding God's people of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. How is that?

OWN changes the MEANING. YOU will surely say I am debating words too. I am debating MEANING. I do not care that words are changed if the meaning stays the same.

OK. Your teachers are all those who decided what scripture says. So? Are you a hypocrite?

If Proverbs 3:5 says, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding", then people actually do think they may lean on the understanding of Bible writers, Bible scholars, Bible teachers, priests and ministers.

If Proverbs 3:5 says, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and on understanding do not lean", then the person becomes like clay in God's hands.

Matthew 10:28 (NIV):
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

but it doesnt mean we have to throw away our lives coz god gave us thoughts to reason out
also
if those early christians were not using their common sense then probably theres no written account of the new testament today

by the way
did anyone notice that even in the early christian movement they also have their own soldier
if we may say so

Revelation 6:2 @djhwoodwerks who do you think is the rider depicted there? Is it Jesus, according to you and the Jehovah's Witnesses? If it isn't Jesus, then who?

~;> now
the second verse states that
And I saw, and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon had a bow; and there was given unto him a crown: and he came forth conquering, and to conquer.

i like you to know that
on the next verses
they were speakin all about those colors of the horses
just like what they tell about this
verses
so as it is written
:read:
Revelation of John 19:14
And the armies in the heaven, dressed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

as we can see in the verse
Revelation of John 19:14
those who
dressed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.
meaning those who
rides with their own white horse
follow the one who is me (just kidding)
really im just kidding
coz we (me ~;> and my brethren and my fellows here) cant even comprehend how someone could come unto the conclusion that
It is Jesus
when the lamb is the one
who opened one of the seven seals
from the
Revelation 6:1
accordin unto the written words that was presented by the american standard version of the holy bible itself

I can see that two ride on white horses. It is illogical to believe the riders are the same because the horses are both white. Isn't it?

Isn't believing in irrelevance foolish? Isaiah 35:8 And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way. The unclean will not journey on it; wicked fools will not go about on it.

The mistake most people do is that they equate wicked with gross sin. But, according to The Way, wicked just means wrong and off the way.

Or "going off on your own way in the name of Jehovah" (the Greek modern name they call GOD)

I understand that Jesus the Lamb can't be Jesus the destroyer. Illogical!

Not only can't he be, but they have him being both at the same time. Psalms 2:4. I mean, it is actually funny.

The Jehovah's Witnesses have changed John 1:29 to be read thus:
Look, the Lamb of God, who will take away the sinners of the world!

They really believe that.

It isn't funny. See what they teach to the children. Warning: sheep violence
I understand that they do not teach sheep violence on purpose.

Do the math!

The Lamb is
The Conqueror
Who will destroy the wicked.

~;> christjesus is been called the lamb becaused he bacame the living flesh who took the form of a human being
who gave himself like a lamb to cleansed the world's sin spiritually
and to have a part unto all that is made up of dust of the ground for their salvation
against the evil one what we meant is the devil (though we go by the scripture and the bible says its the devil then its the devil as the bible says so)
but being the only begotten of god
doesnt mean christjesus doesnt know how to kick some evil things spiritually
such as those evil things
of the evil one

All you have done was move words around to try and make it SOUND different. Please explain the difference between,

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding."

and,

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on understanding."

You posted the link to that video as if it was to back up what you are saying, does that mean you are, leaning on his understanding, or your own? When you watched that video, you must have said, "I understand that" so who's understanding are you leaning on, his or yours?

Do you think the man is lying about what it was like in Jesus' day to be a disciple of anyone?
