Jesus Did Not Die On A Cross

I think it was Black Chick

I would be honored to be black, such a rich history behind the human beings who taught civilization to mankind. However, I am happy that at least I know and accept truth....

Jesus in me
Masses of catholics and christians and even others of various religious belief systems believe through mainstream teaching that Jesus died on a cross, was buried and on the third day rose from the dead.

But according to biblical scripture and common sense if you can read with understanding, that's not even true.

In short, what happened was that he was hung on a cross, taken down alive, put in a tomb, his disciples violated the sabbath to bring him healing herbs and spices, then they moved him to another tomb, he hung out with his disciples for a little over a month, offered himself as a sacrifice for the sin of his disciples to atone for their violation of the sabbath and they ate him.

Like I said, if you read the bible with understanding, it is all in scripture.

How do you feel knowing that what you have been taught is not true? For me, when truth was revealed to me, I felt let down, like how I felt as a child when I found out there is no such thing as Santa Claus after all.

I believe there is nothing in scripture to support your claims. I believe if you are reading things like that into the Bible then you are not reading with understanding.

I believe when I speak on here I have Jesus in me to say things as opposed to just working in the background. (After all I have Jesus in me all the time but not always actively speaking)

Do you believe other people have Jesus in them, or can have Jesus in them, too?

Ok and so you are trying to post this as if this was fact? Do you have some sort of inside information that the world doesn't know oh wise one or is this just your extra wise common sense?

If an interpretation causes one verse to contradict another, then as in any writing the interpretation must be flawed.IMO

The execution of Jesus was noted by non-Christian writers such as Josephus and Tacitus

It's worth pointing out that neither men were contemporaries of Jesus so they were probably hearing second-hand (at the absolute least) accounts of what some fringe sect of Jews believed. I get the feeling you may have considered that though.

Acts of the Apostles 5:30; Acts of the Apostles 10:39 and Acts of the Apostles 13:29 has Jesus executed on a ' tree ' ( pole / stake )
To me, there would be No reason or necessity to go to the extra trouble of adding a cross beam.
Also, the Romans were known to have mass executions going on at one time.
So, besides the man on the right, and the man on the left of Jesus, there could have been others besides those three.
Luke 23:32 mentions ' others ', as in two 'other' malefactors along with them.
In France they even depict five being executed at that time.

Later non-Christians often wore a jewelry tau. The tau ' t ' became changed from the ' tau ' 't' to the ' cross ' by the apostate church in order to attract more non-Christians into their fold - Acts of the Apostles 20:29-30

Act of the Apostles has nothing to do with the. Luke was not an Apostle even. None of the Apostles was present at the scene of Crucifixion, so they faked it up. Right? Please
