To leave a place for evil is to be responsible for what grows in the evil place. Ephesians 4:27

Matthew 13:38

What do you think?

See that halo around the heads of the holy people? Extend that outward to the next person. Then the next person learns to be holy. Extent his halo out to the next person..............Fill the Earth with holy bubbles (not sinlessness, because we all sin).

Now tell me where evil can get its hold on the Earth.

Romans 12:21

You cannot leave the presence of God but you can leave
the enjoyment of the presence of God

Sure we do. When we die, we are completely dead until the resurrection. That's part of the Gospel too. Paul preached that!! Then... when we are judged, we will be either accepted or denied into the Kingdom that Christ will set up at his appearing. Those who are accepted will be granted eternal life by God's grace and mercy. Those who are not accepted will still be mortal and when they die again, then it will be final death. No resurrection.

Plus, not all people will be raised. Those who do not know God, will never be raised, Bible is clear on that. And that is also a "final death". In death, there is nothing. You cant live, think, love, remember, etc, etc.....

I believe there is no Biblical statement that supports that concept.

I believe it is not.

I believe he did not.

I believe mortals will remain mortal unless they decide to enter the Kingdom of God. I don't believe the dead remain dead at this point in time.

I believe all who are outside of the Kingdom of God will be resurrected to face judgement at the Great white throne judgement.

I believe when anyone says something is clear it means they can't prove it.

I believe this is false.

Welcome to RF.

I believe I am not a big fan of Sproul but I would venture to say that those who don't like God now will not begin to like Him in Hell.

It seems to me that the one called Jesus Christ was the friendliest character since humans learned there are other people around. So, why are Christ's followers the most unfriendly people around?

It seems the devil has given me the answer (he is quick!)* but I forget what I was going to say.

*he, she, or it

Does anyone know for sure if the comma after she is right or wrong? If it is wrong, then I suppose people might be righteous for ignoring me because I don't know where to place my marks.

False interpretation. I have no idea how you got that out of those verses.
IF the world was FULL of righteousness, where would evil grow? Genesis 1:28

There would be no way for evil to grow.

Do you say it is impossible? Then it is.

Is it not right to refuse growth to wickedness?

Does wickedness have the same right to exist as righteousness does?

If yes, then in your world evil exists. Are you not at all responsible for its growth? Not even a little bit? @syncretic

Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.

Mercy upon whom? And does he mean self-sacrifice or to sacrifice someone else?

Might it be possible that John 8:32 originally said that knowing the truth will set Jesus free?

What it says is, "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

But people have made the written word the truth so then, Jesus it bound to it. Not only is Jesus bound to what men have said he means, but Jehovah is also.

I think the truth is that God is not far off from each one of us and God's will is that we be saved by God's promise and to the knowledge of the truth come.

That is the truth imho. It is what we should aspire to. But if we lean on anything that is not true, we are not free, and Jesus is not free, because he is with us.

I believe it does not.

I believe I am responsible for it being diminished.
