Worship of Shiva/Rudra

Sumit

Sanatana Dharma
Right and he (in my beliefs) is also Sattva and Rajas.
I never said he isn't , all I said was shiva also has his tamasic form. Not only Shiva even Gayatri is also worshipped in Tamasic form although it's very rare. I am only answering to those who says "Shiva has no Tamasic form/nature". Back to Bhairavas, ever heard of Krodh Bhairava, if you have read Bhoot Damar Tantra and some other Agamas, it details the conversation between Krodh Bhairava and Shakti and indifference b/w Bhairava and Shiva, tamasic worship of Bhairav and other ,deities. Some say Bhairavas are just village deities but so is Kali, does that make kali different from Mahamaya.
