Socialist, a very broad category, care for other people. Who would want to remain outside its canopy?

In the US? A distressingy high number pf people, mostly "conservatives". The US can be almost phobic about Socialism. I don't know why. Even though pure Socialism isn't the be-all-end-all, there are still aspects of a socialist society does actually work pretty well.

It's also a bit ironic seeing as the US has been steadily moving in a direction towards Fascism (a form of socialism) for decades.

It's hot outside and then I found this interesting lounge... Is it a Buddhist exclusive club? But I've seen some other characters here, so I'm ordering a drink if no one throws me out...

I'm not very fond of Conservatives, but Fascism? Franklin D Roosevelt will turn in his grave...

(Hold on - a form of socialism? I strongly disagree except if the definition changed over the decades... Isn't fascism nationalistic? For me that's against socialism...)

I am seeking enlightenment in ice-cream but I can't decide whether to seek the Intrinsic Purity of Vanilla or embrace the Holy Trinity of Neapolitan. :p

Since plants here poorly fare, a Zen garden I constructed.

Peaceful it is here. To arrange the boulders & magma pools I greatly enjoy.
Does anyone smell sulfur? I think it's coming from the political debate area. :smilingimp:
