If it isn't then the Bible is as good as Jesus and if it is then which point of view will you choose whenever there is a conflict?

Neither.

The bible is about our only source, and we cannot tell you with certainty what Jesus teachings actually are. For the most part they are what Hellenist found important.

The bible is far removed from Jesus Aramaic Galilean movement, so much so, only a few parables can we even hope connect to the man himself. AND then those are mainly Galilean typical parables if were lucky. We have no clue how many parables were Johns or Jesus or just ones used in that geographic region.

There are so few Aramaic transliterations, we just don't know. The unknown authors were to far removed from his life to hold any accuracy. Not only that many are known rhetoric and plagiarized OT content using their hero's to rhetorical build divinity using these old hero's as standards.

Q and Thomas while our best bet, can only be "hoped" to have a connect to his movement. In this case they could be both John and Jesus teachings, and probably more then Johns if anything.

John had the big movement, much much larger then Jesus movement. Jesus took the movement to the road so he would not meet the same fate as John. John taught Jesus by out best accounts, and he took over Johns movement when John was murdered.

So you tell me how we can know what Jesus actually said?

One of Jesus' meta messages was clearly "Don't ignore ancient wisdom, but don't idolize scripture and tradition either."

Well Jesus never wrote anything in the bible, if he existed, then others wrote about him, and then what we have today as the bible, could be anything, its been played around with over and over for many years, so I say you can only read the bible if you have spiritual discernment, it makes no sense any other way.

Yes, it's possible and if it does then we need to use our reason in these modern times to determine what we believe. My reason tells me love and forgiveness are our core values.

Yes its that easy, I don't understand why most want to be in the past, worshiping scripture thousands of years old, Jesus himself supposedly said, "That there will be even better things done than what he ever could do" or something like that, and that makes sense, there was a lot of ignorance back then, just the drop of a hate was seen as a miracle lol.

Which translation of the Bible do you refer to? Please add the year of publication as well since things tend to get revised. I am assuming you are not fluent with Hebrew, Aramaic and Koine Greek?

Which is why I pretty much stick with the gospels. It's hard enough that it's possible for even apostles to be wrong.

All of them. An example is Proverbs 3:5.

Trust in YHVH all (whole) heart onto understanding no lean (support self)
That is what it says
I do not know Hebrew, but I do not see the word "own" there. Do you? Unfortunately, there is only one instance of the word bî-nā-ṯə-ḵā, so there is nothing to compare. There are many more instances of similar small changes.

I am certain love becomes provoked but all the Bibles say it does not become provoked. Love does not provoke like poking with a stick. Correct? But all the Bibles say that if love is poked by a stick it won't get angry. It will get angry. 1 Corinthians 13:5

I think Bible wisdom are seeds being planted. Someone might have wanted to plant a love does not provoke seed. But that one didn't get planted. Instead, the love is not provoked seed got planted. The seeds planted that were not intended to be planted are called weeds in the Bible. Weed are what choke out good plants.
That is what the modern Bible does. They all do it. There is no good choice.

Let us say that wisdom = love. Choke out wisdom, choke out love. That is what the World is. A weed patch. It is ugly.

To understand is to settle. Did our Patriarch Abraham settle? Did Abraham lean on understanding? Did Jesus?

I am still not entirely sure what the OP is about.
Are you referring to when someone prays to Jesus Christ for guidance and gets a response that doesn't match what scripture says? Or are you referring to the contradictory NT verses? The contradictions between NT and OT? Something else?
I don't understand.

Jesus is called the way, the truth and the life. Is anything in the Bible NOT the way, truth and life?
