After meeting the three kings, he waited for their return. Meantime, he went to Callirrhoe by the Dead Sea. He had to cross the Kidron Valley. Since it was summer, there was no problem crossing it, but during the rainy months of October to May, one may be swept away by the torrent of the river (1 Kings 2:37).

King Herod sought cure for his ailments. Josephus described his ailments and his desire to find cure in Antiquities, Book XVII, Chapter 6, Section 5, “His entrails were also ex-ulcerated, and the chief violence of his pain lay on his colon; an aqueous and transparent liquor also had settled itself about his feet, and a like matter afflicted him at the bottom of his belly. Nay, further, his privy-member was putrefied, and produced worms; and when he sat upright, he had a difficulty of breathing, which was very loathsome, on account of the stench of his breath, and the quickness of its returns; he had also convulsions in all parts of his body, which increased his strength to an insufferable degree.”

From Callirrhoe, he was to return to Jerusalem which is 57 km (36 mi) away, or about at least a day’s travel, but since he was very ill, he did not proceed anymore. He took residence at the Royal Palace at Jericho. He was nearer Herodium where he commanded to be buried. He might have preferred to stay here and die instead of dying in Jerusalem. He might not have been that popular especially among the Jewish populace of Jerusalem even though he was a practicing Jew (he was of Arab origin from both parents).

Nothing. I am sharing with you the results of my study on the birth of Jesus. It is not only addressed to you but for to everyone, that is why there is no “@” and nothing to reply with. It is a part to prove that the spirit of Ama is correcting in saying that Jesus was born on 05-23. It is a part for us to know what is happening around and how they relate to the birth of Jesus.

It also says child in the Emphatic Diaglott.

Herod killed all boys in Bethlehem “from two years of age and under” in his attempt to murder Jesus. That implies that their visit took place quite a while after Jesus’ birth.—Matthew 2:11, 16.


Herod knew how old Jesus would be by asking the Magi when it was they first saw the star.

Do you not know dromedaries or Arabian camels? There is the Arabian camel or dromedary with one hump on its back found in northern Africa and Arabia which is swift, and the Bachtrian camel with two humps on its back found in central Asia. The latter maybe what you are saying to be camel caravans.

I have said that what I share to you are what I heard from the spirit of Ama and/or read in Pasiong Mahal (PM), which Ama recommends that we read also. Ama is the one who said that Jesus was born on 05-23. I believe Him for I was able to prove that He is correct. He recommends the King James Version of the Holy Bible because it it nearer the truth and not Greek Interlinear, and the Pasiong Mahal which I found to be confirming what the Bible says and/or what He said. I don’t have to refer to such books as A Handbook on the Gospel of Matthew and The Expanded Vine’s Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words, or what have you.

You say “Persian priests” but they were from three kingdoms, not only from Persia. Were frankincense and myrrh native to Persia?

Do you think that Jesus would have survived the killings done by the soldiers of Herod in Bethlehem if He was found to be two years old in a house in Bethlehem? After Jesus was born, do you think that Mary and Joseph just have stayed in the farm shed? Would they have been offered accommodation by the locals in their homes after the shepherd learned who was born? Another thing is that of the prayer to the Virgin Mother, Hail Holy Queen, Ama asked us to recite the prayer, Hail Holy Queen. When we reached that part which says, “Show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus”, He asked us to stop. Why? Because Jesus was just an infant when the three kings arrived, and Mary was afraid and had hidden Jesus under her clothes.

There is nothing in Scripture to say the ' magi ' were only three. A caravan would consist of more than 3 people especially people carrying gold.

Of course Mary and Joseph would Not have stayed in Bethlehem. After 40 days they would have went to Jerusalem - Luke 2:22.
And they did Not stay in Bethlehem but as Luke wrote they returned to Nazareth - Luke 2:39
Memory escapes but I think they were something like 7 miles from Bethlehem to Nazareth, or Jerusalem to Nazareth ?

The *star* took them to Jerusalem. By the time they found the young child Jesus he was in a house- Matthew 2 vs 8,9,11,13,14,20,21
That gold present at that later time from the ' magi ' provided the funds for them to escape to Egypt - Matthew 2:14

Since Jesus was 33 1/2 years old at his death in the Jewish Spring month of Nisan the 14th day then Jesus birth would be in the Fall.

Part 16 - Birth of Jesus – Plight to Egypt

After the presentation of Jesus on 33 BC 07-02, 3728 Tammuz 20, Tuesday, at the Temple in Jerusalem, the Holy Family returned to their home in Nazareth in the north. On the first night, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream to flee to Egypt for Herod sought Jesus to destroy Him (Matthew 2:13). That night, 33 BC 07-03, 3728 Tammuz 21, Wednesday, the Holy Family fled south to Egypt. There was still moonshine since it was the 21st of the month though the moon was waning. And the night was warm and no rain since it was summer.

On page 29 of Pasiong Mahal, when Mary became tired of carrying Jesus, He was given to Joseph. Along the way, angels sang worshipping without end. The trees that they passed bowed down to give respect.

King Herod the Great in Jericho learned of the trouble that was brewing in Jerusalem because of the birth of the new King of the Jews who he perceived was his competitor for power. Herod realized that the Three Kings tricked him by not reporting back to him after they found the young child. He ordered his soldiers to go to Bethlehem and arrest the Three Kings who visited him in his palace in Jerusalem a few weeks earlier. If they did not find the Three Kings, he wanted them to bring over the child. His soldiers followed his orders but returned empty-handed. The Three Kings were long gone. The Holy Family had already left for Nazareth after the rites at the Temple.

A tree opened its trunk and let the Holy Family in. They heard the farmers said to the soldiers that when they passed by, they were planting. Now, they were already harvesting. So six months had already gone. Also, they saw that the farmers were pointing to a different direction where they had gone.

It was on the plight to Egypt that Jesus first met Dimas and Hestas, the two thieves hanged with Him at Calvary. In a meeting, Hestas proposed that the family be killed. He said that if they released them, they might report to town authorities where they were. Dimas was the head of the band of thieves, and before he joined in, it was agreed that women, children, and old persons would be respected. Since there was disagreement, they settled it in a fight. If Hestas won, the family would be killed. If Dimas won, the family would be released. Dimas won, and released the family. But he resigned as head of the band. Hestas robbed them of the gifts of frankincense, gold, and myrrh of the Three Kings. (related by the late Marcial Aguila, a listener of the spirit of Ama).

The Holy Family stayed in Egypt until advised to go back to the land of Israel (Matthew 2:19-23).

Part 17 - Birth of Jesus – Slaughter of the innocents

On 33 BC 07-03 or 3728 Tammuz 21, Wednesday, King Herod the Great ordered his soldiers to go to Bethlehem to arrest the Three Kings or bring over the child. His soldiers followed his order but returned empty-handed. The Three Kings had already left weeks earlier, and the Holy Family had left for Nazareth after the rites at the Temple in Jerusalem.

The next day, King Herod ordered the killing of children in Bethlehem and surrounding villages. The spirit of Ama said that the children were three years old and below. The soldiers entered every house and every room in their search, decapitating them and draining the blood from their bodies, which almost muddied the streets of the city. Ama said that 15,000 children were killed, excluding the fathers and mothers and brothers and sisters of these children who might have resisted.

Jeremiah 31:15 states, “Thus saith the Lord; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rachel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not.”

Because of his action, King Herod had constant fever. His body had sores that people avoided being near him. He sweat maggots. Only three people in this world, according to Ama, were eaten by maggots while still alive (about 1970s or 1980s): King Herod the Great, Adolf Hitler, and Chico of Baliwag, Bulacan, Philippines.

The 7 miles you are talking about is not from Bethlehem to Nazareth, or Jerusalem to Nazareth. It is the distance from Bethlehem to Jerusalem. Nazareth, the home of Joseph and Mary, is far in the north, about 100 km away or about 60 mi away from Jerusalem.

The three kings were not in the manger when they visited Jesus. He was in a house, maybe after the shepherds knew who was born. A local might have accommodated them in his home.

What I am sharing with you are what I heard from the spirit of Ama and/or what is written in the book Pasiong Mahal which He recommends that we read also. I believe Him because what He revealed, for example, the birth of Jesus, fits perfectly in the events. For example, the annunciation, birth and baptism of John the Baptist, the departure from Elisabeth’s home, the arrival of the three kings and their departure in another way, Mary’s uncleanliness, the presentation at the temple, the plight to Egypt, King Herod the Great’s stay in Jericho and his ailments, etc.

As he was the Master of the Piscean Age, you would expect him to have been a Piscean. Jesus certainly had all the spiritual and compassionate qualities of a Piscean.

However, the early Christians celebrated Christ's birthday on January 6th.

This incidentally is where we get the Twelve Days of Christmas from. It goes back to the days of persecution. To avoid detection they merrily celebrated the pagan festival date of Dec. 25th, though for a different reason in their hearts. Lesser celebrations followed, up until the 6th of January, Jesus's true birth date, which they honoured as a day of quiet reverence and prayer.

Part 18 - Birth of Jesus – Flavius Josephus

The slaughter of innocent children is reported in the Holy Bible but not in the account of the life of King Herod the Great by the First Century historian Flavius Josephus, a Jew. It happened on 33 BC 07-03 or 3728 Tammuz 21. However, this part is not in the Holy Bible but is in the account of Josephus in The Antiquities of the Jews or Antiquities, Book XVII, Chapter 7, Section 1; Chapter 8, Section 1; and History of the Jewish War or Wars, Book 1, Chapter 33, Sections 5-7. Please google them. I have included them in my study (Revelation and Proofs: Jesus Christ was born on May 23, 33 B.C.) because it was towards the end of the life of King Herod.

The instruction of King Herod to his sister Salome and her husband Alexas to slaughter those in the Hippodrome, King Herod’s attempted suicide, and his order of the slaying of his son Antipater five days before his death, happened on 33 BC 07-09 or 3728 Tammuz 27, Tuesday (date calculated). As King Herod was giving instructions to Salome and Alexas, letters from his ambassadors to Rome came that said upon Caesar’s order, Acme was put to death, and with regards to Antipater, Caesar left the decision to Herod, his father and king, to either have him banished (exiled) or killed.

King Herod ordered the killing of his son Antipater and made Archelaus, his eldest son, to be his successor. He made Antipas, the brother of Archelaus, a tetrarch.

King Herod had continuous fever and his sweat turned to maggots. No one wanted to be near him. He was overborne by pain, had a convulsive cough, and distemper. These must have been the reason why he tried to commit suicide.

You allege that Jesus was a Piscean, “the master of Piscean Age”. Why? Do you think He was born under the Zodiac sign of Pisces (02-19 to 03-20)? FYI, Jesus was born on 05-23 which is under the sign of Gemini.

The spirit of Ama told us to eat fish during the crucifixion, death, and resurrection of Jesus to remember His death. Ichthys is a Greek word meaning fish. It is a Christian symbol “interpreted as an acrostic in which the Greek letters areinitials of the word Iesous Christos theou hyious soter meaning Jesus Christ Son of God Savior” (Webster’s Third New International Dictionary).

Part 19 - Birth of Jesus – First day of first month

After the Jewish month of Tammuz is the month of Av. Av is the 11th month of the civil lunisolar calendar which starts in the month of Tishri. In 33 BC, the first month of the religious purely lunar calendar fell in the month of Av. 3728 Av 1 was 33 BC 07-12.

The sighting of the new moon heralded the start of a Jewish month. God commanded the Israelites to celebrate the first day of the month as a joyful occasion in what is referred to as the New Moon Festival or Rosh Hodesh (Hebrew: Head of the month) (Numbers 28:11-15). The festival was a major festival imposing abstention from business and work. The Jews visited the Temple of Jerusalem for a special sacrifice and held a family celebration.

During the time of Jesus, the Jews were using two types of calendars: a purely lunar calendar which has twelve months in a year (354-355 days in a year) for religious purposes, and a lunisolar calendar which has twelve or thirteen months in a year (353-385 days in a year) for civil purposes.

In the religious purely lunar calendar, there in no intercalation that is done. Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, fasts, Feast of the Dedication, and Saturday sabbaths are in this calendar. In the civil lunisolar calendar, a month is inserted on the third, sixth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth, and nineteenth years in a 19-year cycle to keep the months in line with the season. The High Holidays of New Year’s Day (Rosh Hashanah), Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur), and Feast of Tabernacles/Ingathering/Shelters (Sukkot) are in this calendar.

Part 20 - Birth of Jesus – Death of King Herod the Great

King Herod the Great died on “the fifth day after he had caused Antipater to be slain” (Antipater was slain on 3728 Tammuz 27 or 33 BC 07-09, Tuesday), noted Josephus in Antiquities, Book XVII, Chapter 8, Section 1 and in Wars, Book I, Chapter 33, Section 8. He was 70 years old when he died at the Royal Palace in Jericho.

From Encyclopaedia Britannica, this is what it says about King Herod: “He was in great pain and in mental and physical disorder. He altered his will three times and finally disinherited and killed his firstborn, Antipater. The slaying, shortly before his death, of the infants of Bethlehem was wholly consistent with the disarray into which he had fallen. After an unsuccessful attempt at suicide, Herod died. His testament provided that, subject to Augustus’ sanction, his realm would be divided among his sons: Archelaus should be king of Judaea and Samaria, with Philip and Antipas sharing the remainder as tetrarchs.”

When King Herod died, the first month of the religious lunar calendar fell in the month of Av in the civil lunisolar calendar. Av is the eleventh month of the civil lunisolar calendar which starts in the month of Tishri. Av falls in the months of July and August. So King Herod died sometime in July or August. Using the second day of the month, he therefore died on 3728 Av 2 or 33 BC 07-13. The traditional date of his death is Shevat 2. Presently, Shevat is the eleventh month of the religious calendar falling sometime in January or February. Shevat must have been chosen to agree with the account of Josephus that King Herod died before the Passover Festival and on the eleventh month. Since the Passover Festival was fixed in the month of Nisan when the Jewish calendar was reformed in 358/359 AD, the eleventh month must be Shevat. The Passover Festival was held on 3728 Av 14-21 or 33 BC July 25-August 1, or 12 days after his death.

Part 21 - Birth of Jesus – Funeral of King Herod the Great

Salome and Alexas, before announcing the death of King Herod the Great publicly, dismissed the illustrious men of the Jewish nation who were shut up in the Hippodrome (Antiquities, Book XVII, Chapter 8, Section 2).

The funeral procession for King Herod was described by the First Century AD historian Flavius Josephus in Antiquities, Book XVII, Chapter 8, Section 3. Archelaus succeeded his father King Herod. He took care of his funeral. Herod commanded that he be buried at Herodium which was only eight furlongs (one mile) away from the Royal Palace in Jericho.

Josephus also mentioned the traditional mourning of seven days in Section 4, as follows: “Now Archelaus paid him so much respect, as to continue his mourning till the seventh day; for so many days are appointed for it by the law of our fathers.” This means to say that the seven-day mourning was completed before the Passover Festival started. This also means that during the birth of Jesus, the Passover Festival was in summer and not in spring, as will be narrated in the next part.

Part 22 - Birth of Jesus – Passover Festival

Passover is held on the 14th day, and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, from the 15th day to the 21st day, of the first month of the religious purely lunar calendar. Together, they are called the Passover Festival, or Pesach as the Jews call it. In 33 BC, the Festival was held from July 25 to August 1. This Festival is an important annual event that Jewish men are required to attend and come to Jerusalem (Deuteronomy 16:16).

Archelaus who just took over the reign as king (though Ceaesar had not confirmed it yet) killed 3,000 of the pilgrims during this Festival. The pilgrims were bewailing the death of the Rabbins Judas and Matthias and their companions who Archelaus’ father, the late King Herod the Great, ordered their execution almost four months earlier (Antiquities, Book XVII, Chapter 9, Section 3).

Please note that the Passover Festival was held in summer when Jesus was born and not in spring. The Jews reformed their calendars in 358/359 AD to what it is today. It was the Christians who first fixed the Passover Festival in spring in 325 AD.

Part 23 - Birth of Jesus – Return from Egypt

The Passover Festival when Jesus was born was in summer (07-25 to 08-01) and not in spring (sometime March or April). The year was 33 BC. According to the spirit of Ama, Jesus was born on 05-23 which I have proven to be correct in my study from 2004 to 2006. This study is in http://aristean.org/birthmay23.org .

The Holy Family fled to Egypt on 33 BC 07-03. Their return to Israel is told in Matthew 2:19-23.

An angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt telling him to take the young child and his mother back to Israel. Ama said that He was three years old then. The Holy Family returned to the city of Nazareth where Jesus grew up, that is why Jesus was called a Nazarene.

Archelaus came to power after his father, King Herod the Great, died. He reigned in Judaea, Idumea, and Samaria as Ethnarch for ten years.

The spirit of Ama is correct in His revelation that Jesus was born on 05-23. I found the year to be 33 BC. He was 32 solar years old (365 days in one solar year) when He died. This is equivalent to 33 lunar years (354 days in one lunar year). John the Baptist was six months older than Jesus.

Part 25 – Birth of Jesus – Ama tells us when they happened

The revelations of the spirit of Ama is correct that the birth of Jesus is on 05-23. His other revelation that His death on 08-17 is also correct. I found the year of His birth to be 33 BC and His death to be 1 BC. He was 32 solar years old when He died. The results of my studies from 1999 to 2006 mainly using the Holy Bible is at Revelation and Proofs: Jesus Christ was born on May 23, 33 B.C. and CRUCIFIXION OF JESUS CHRIST .

The birth and death of Jesus Christ are not explicitly stated in the Holy Bible but the answers are there, and through Ama’s revelations, we just have to verify them.

Since we know that Jesus was born in 33 BC and died in 1 BC, we can reform the Gregorian calendar such that we use the same year, e.g., 2015, but the point of reckoning will not be from His birth but from His death. So all the years after His death in 1 BC will still be the same, but all years before His death will be different by one, e.g., 1 BC will be zero BCJ; 2 BC will be 1 BCJ; 33 BC will be 32 BCJ; 100 BC will be 99 BCJ.

The years after the crucifixion will be called ADJ for “After Death of Jesus” instead of “AD” or “anno Domini”. The years before His crucifixion will be called BCJ for “Before Crucifixion of Jesus” instead of “BC” or “Before Christ”. We will now have zero year or origin instead of BC then AD straight away.

Part 26 – Birth of Jesus – Aristean language

The spirit of Ama is correct in His revelations that the birth of Jesus is on 05-23 and His death is on 08-17. I have some of the audio tape recordings which we had with Him. The list of some of them are already uploaded in http://aristean.org/mp3-files.htm. Some have already been transcribed, e.g., http://aristean.org/transcriptxxx.htm where xxx is from 001 to 604, dasal (prayer), misa (mass), pahayag (message). They are in the Filipino language since His platform (talaytayan) Ka Apaz (Maria Liwayway Alvaran) is a Filipino. Most of them, I have not translated to English. If we want to know the context of what He said, we refer to the original language.

I guess there will only be two international languages – English and Filipino. Why Filipino? Because it is the language spoken by Ama.

Eulogio Alvarez and Eugenia Maalijan did not attend school at all and yet they are able to read and write in Filipino. Filipino is easy to learn. It is phonetic. Every syllable is pronounced. Eugenia even read the book Pasiong Mahal.
