When Should Women Obey Their Husbands?

Well the answer is long and boring, but there are many different levels of reality, and we are all on a journey to get through them. Her reality was not mine, but she will be saved as I, as any will that believe. God acts in a reflective way you see; thus there is, in simple terms, many Gods, (though in reality there is only One).
And the evidence for this is . . . . . . . . . . . .?

You will be assimilated; it is His Will.
And EVERYTHING you have said here concerning these stories is SPECULATION on your part.

The Bible does not say what you are alluding to.

So stop trying to put it in that - this is the way it is - you just don't understand - CRAP!

Things have to be understood at a deeper level. Your thinking appears to be carnal.

What do you mean by evidence? You're not one of those people who wants to be able to pick it up with his hands and look at it are you? If that is the case you will never understand. Scripture is spiritually discerned and therefore, internal. It can be verified with a great deal of evidence after that. But evidence is always open to interpretation, so it is pointless me telling you of any of it, as you will see it through different eyes to me.

Hey, you made an assertion, there are many different levels of reality, and like all assertions there has to be at least a germ of truth behind them or else you're simply blowing smoke. That you lack any evidence and instead fall back on the old you-wouldn't-understand-it-if-I-told-you ploy tells me that that you concocted it out of thin air. So, I don't expect you'll ever come up with a source of your "knowledge" because other than your imagination there is none. So, live in your fantasy world if it gives you comfort, but don't expect others to buy into it.

Traditionally a husband was a owner and for the most part should remain one. The wife is indeed property of the husband and this is a traditional value which should be acknowledged. It is of the duty of the husband to protect the wife along with everything he owns

Well, since you're being serious... I don't believe people are property. Otherwise, you can bring up arguments for slavery.

As the saying goes, everyone has innate rights.

If you were born a woman, I wonder if you would think differently.

Where it comes from is obviously the One you don't know. Stick with your own comfort blanket if that makes you feel good. Science is already backing up scripture, yet again, with the many world theory.

It is always funny though how people never wish to hear the answer but rather find some worn excuse to hide behind. Don't make the assumption that just because you don't know, I don't either.

If you can't back it up, you can't back it up. I understand. You're in good company.

Oh I can back it up... but it is a bit like speaking in German to someone who does not speak German. The words mean nothing.

Falling back on the old you-wouldn't-understand-it-if-I-told-you ploy again. Sheesh! this is getting sad.

This is easy. YES she should obey her husband in cases where he really do know more. Like if she is a trained librarian and he is a medical doctor and they talk about some medical issues where he really do know better. Likewise the husband should obey his wife in the reverse situation.
