Yes, but blue doesn't suit everyone, I am talking about blue, not dark blue , but that ugly bright blue as they had back in the 70's.I'm a makeup artist. I know how to apply & wear a blue smokey eye quite nicely.

Yes that sounds nice, I love hazel eye's, and pastel colours, maybe because I'm a portrait painter.There are more than two shades of blue I bought an electric blue eyeliner which has a metallic look to it. I love it. It makes my hazel eyes look really dark. I also have a pastel blue for when I wear a blue top.

Yes I love pastel colours also, there soothing to the eye.Pastel colours are really inderrated in my opinion. I would paint my room in a pastel rainbow if I could.
