So as you may remeber i use to do a blogtalk show with my friend Nick, then @DreadFish and I did one for a bit. W were both open to the idea of starting it up again. We would want to make the show more RF oriented and steered. Nothing is definitive. It was just fun.

would you be interested in an rf radio show?
So what would you like in a RF radio show?

What time should the show run at?

EDIT: The show exist and happens mon and thr 630-730 pm est

We interveiwed @SageTree good times good times. One time on Nicks show Jasonwills called in and my friend Nick said you sound very Jesus like. I muted my mic and literally fell to the floor laughing.

I think an RF radio show (or podcast, even) would be interesting.

However, as far content goes, what could be discussed that one couldn't read about or discuss on the site?

By the way, if you ever wanted a movie reviewer, there's always me. ;):D

Well if we did a radio show people would get to hear my ideas minus all my spelling/grammar mistakes.

lots of joking and fun and well its not the content that would be different but the delivery and how people interact in the discussion.

I'd say interview religious leaders
now that would be interesting but i think we would need to have a good veiwweship to get any major people. still local and small interviews of that nature could be interesting, maybe a visit a house of worship segment

@gsaseeker what kind if content would you like the show to have?

Debates, panel discussions. You might even use RF as an interactive method of selecting topics.

I realize that you will have some initial logistical barriers with attracting big names, but if you can find good local people or volunteers who can call in, I think you can produce some quality podcasts. Most of the freethought shows I listen to manage to attract pretty good participants.

Go for it. Open up an account for sponsorship. Offer perks for sponsors like ad space on air or banner advertising online. Begin requesting interviews with religious leaders right away.

I actually have a few connections there. :)

I tried doing a blog like that:

The Religiologue - a Travelogue of Religions

I found the process really draining. I thought it would be a fun way to get to know the cultures around me that I don't interact with regularly, but I couldn't make it work. As it turns out, I really don't enjoy visiting places of worship.

I hope you have more success than I did.
