I would suggest that it's bad for a lot of people and not just Obama.

I'm waiting for Obama to announce that his administration has worked out a deal with the I.S. that will lower their carbon footprint.

Boko Haram is expanding considerably in Nigeria. A Libyan city and the Sinai Peninsula militants have just pledged allegiance to ISIS. Libyan Islamists control most of Libya. There are reports that tens of thousands of Pakistanis have joined ISIS. In less than a year, ISIS went from a few thousand to well over a 100,000 fighters. Turkey has a growing Islamist population.

This is just the beginning. I predict a million fighters for whatever future Jihadist army exists. They haven't even 'tapped' into India, Bangladesh and Indonesia, each with large Sunni populations. And their prize is Saudi Arabia, the heart of the Islamic world.

I really don't see them being able to capture Saudi Arabia. Even after their own defense capabilities are considered (which would likely be far greater than anything ISIS could muster), if the American government even thinks Saudi Arabia looks like it might be in trouble it will step in without hesitation. The business interests alone would have the government raining hell down on ISIS before they could disrupt large parts of the global economy.
And ISIS has been killing other Sunni's, so just because a place has a Sunni population does not mean ISIS sees them as potential recruits.

Brother esmith; the article says it is just claims. But even if true, it is good news. Because it means that these captain-cavemen are accepting the fact that they are about to be destroyed completely by the Syrian army and Assad loyalist Kurds, so they are uniting in order to avoid this end.

And about Obama and American regime, I need to say that, their help to "moderate" insurgents in Syria is to keep the clashes going. Because, the illegitimate ISIS, Nusra, etc. had become strong due to this help to "moderate" insurgents. Thus, the USA interference in the ME causes nothing but harm. And I believe, the American govt. should mind their own business instead and maybe take care of the problems of their own nation.

For once, we are in agreement. As for the ISIS and Al Nusra agreement, it happens all the time with those groups and new groups form, splinter cells come and go, groups merge, split, and the cycle goes on. ISIS seems to have suffered a drop in moral from fighting against the Kurds, and it seems normal that they would reach out to another group to increase their strength. Until some ISIS members realize they don't like working with Al Nusra members and vice versa, and some new groups form, and the cycle repeats.

An article on Obama and Syria:

Obama’s real plan is regime change in Syria, Tahir Mustafa, Crescent Magazine

Agreed. And if I may, I want to quote the saying of Prophet Muhammad narrated by Imam Ali in sunni and shia sources, 14 centuries ago, about these takfiri insurgents in Syria and Iraq and their supporters (Turkish, Saudi, Qatari regimes) :

Here's text from Kitab al-Fitan (The Book of Tribulations), a compilation of hadiths (a written rendition of the Sunnah of Prophet) relating to the end of times put together by prominent scholar Nuyam bin Hammad in 229 after hijrah/migration. In it Imam ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib (ra) reportedly said, “If you see the black flags (NUSRA, etc. all have black flags), then hold your ground and do not move your hands or your feet (i.e. do not get involved with them). A people will come forth who are weak and have no capability, their hearts are like blocks of iron. They are the people of the State (ISIS), they do not keep a promise or a treaty. They call to the truth but they are not its people. Their names are nicknames (like Abu/Father of X, Abu Y, etc.) and their last names are the names of town and cities, (like al-Halabi/from Halab, al-Baghdadi/from Baghdad, al-Masri/the Egyptian) and their hair is loose like women’s hair. [Leave them] until they fight among themselves, then Allah will bring the truth from whoever He wills.”

Or maybe they should work out an agreement to put a cap on your hot air? :p

I sincerely doubt that neither the Islamic State or President Obummer know that I exist, let alone are in cahoots to silence me. :)

If it comes to pass, then I see it as an expression of weakness. A case of 'one enemy less'.

They (the terrorists) have failed to reach the sea and establish a port, their march on Baghdad has stalled, they've been driven back from the Mosul Dam, Baiji and the Baiji oilfields, they've failed to take Kobane despite throwing the kitchen sink at the Kurdish defenders and suffered heavy casualties in the process, and Allied bombings are steadily diminishing their military capabilities.
They've made countless enemies with their atrocities, and they've made the fatal mistake of brutalising the inhabitants under their occupation.
A tipping point will be reached and then it'll be payback time...
Evil always ends up destroying itself.

The marriage between Jabhat and Dawlah wont last for long. Half year ago followers of Dawlah called Zawihiri(godfather of alqeada) and Jolani( Jabhat leader) bad names including Apostate.
After the break out, they go back to beheading each other.
