Zionist regime bans Dr Mads Gilbert from Gaza

Dr Mads Gilbert at the Shifa Hospital in besieged Gaza Strip. He has dedicated his life to treating the badly injured Palestinians, many of them children, victims of the Zionist killing machine. Dr Gilbert has been banned from entering Gaza by the Zionist occupiers of Palestine citing "security reasons." Whose security, one wonders!

He has also dedicated his life to being an anti-Israel activist and spent years associating with terrorists in Gaza, so from my perspective, it seems very wise and valid on the part of Israel that he be banned from Gaza..

Isn't it both bizarre and totally hypocritical to call Israel the "Zionist killing machine" whereas we see Sunni killing Shi'i, Shi'i killing Sunni, they and ISIS killing "infidels", Hamas killing members of el-Fatah, Muslim suicide bombers in numerous locations, and the best the author of the OP can come up with is that an activist doctor has been banned?

"In"Christ, that you consider Gazans terrorists does not mean they are. The zionist entity is the terrorism but I guess you wouldn't accept this truth. In any case, it shows how bigot people can be that they support banning lifesavers from the land.

I guess it is related to the raising of westerner "Christians". Because Christians in the ME, especially Palestinian and Lebanese Christians who witness the zionist massacres on themselves see things clearly. Here's a Plaestinian Christian speaking on the issue:

And, Metis; Sunnis and Shias don't fight. The fight has nothing to do with sects. There is extremists who kill both. And we don't deny their existence. They are more dangerous to Islam and humanity more than "Israel". (And it must be noted that they got to power in Syria and elsewhere by the zupport of the zionists and western regimes. Not long ago, I remember Jewish members here posting proudly the news of zionist help to the insurgents in Syria). However, none of these things are related to the thread.

Zionist entity is so inhumane that it can't even stand the existence of lifesavers in Palestine. And you can't even admit it and you want to belittle it. Palestinian lives are not important. Not to be thought upon and discussed about, right? Is it because they are not from the "holy" race?

You know what makes it very difficult for people who both oppose the Occupation and support Palestinian civil rights and Jewish self-determination? Using dehumanizing terms like "Zionist entity" and "holy race" and "Zionist regime" (and a host of other problems with that post). Because that IS anti-Semitism, however "coded" you are attempting to make it. How can you possibly expect anyone to take your concern for human rights seriously? And no fair minded supporter of the Palestinians can associate with that kind of rank bigotry.

Clearly you don't know what the term "Semite" means when you accuse me of "anti-semitism". Semites are not only Zionists. They are not only Jews either. Arabs, Barbers, etc. are also Semites. Thus, you can't say that I am anti-semitic. I am not anti-semitic. I am not anti-Jews either. There are many non-zionists Jews who support Palestine and oppose zionist invasion. And I have no problem with them. I am just against a criminal political thought; Zionism, which is based on massacring nations, invasions, displacing nations, settlements, etc.

Matemkar, you say the Shias and Sunnis aren't fighting, only extremists are? Why 700 deaths in one month in Iraq alone?

Iraq Sunni-Shiite Violence Claims 700 Lives In February | TIME.com

I know of many Sunnis who declare Shias "kafir". In order to make positive changes, one has to acknowledge the issue.

You are forgetting that those "sunnis" (extremists) who declare shias "kafir" declare the real sunnis, sufis, etc. also such.

The consensus of Muslims is that each and every one of the denominations are Muslims. Hajj/Pilgrimage is an example to that. Only Muslims are allowed to perform it. And never in the history has any sect been forbidden from performing it, not did they forbid other sects from performing it. Thus, the consensus is that all sects are Muslims and their lives, honour, etc. have to be respected no matter what.

Thus, what happens now in Iraq, Syria or in Pakistan does not portray the consensus of sunnis, shias, etc. It is just a bunch of extremists (takfiris) yet powerful through the help of the USA ally regimes.

And what I said was, that, what conflicts happens in the Muslim world is not a sectarian one, it is political. Sometimes, politicians use the sectarians for their agendas though.

And I did say that I acknowledge it but I also said that it has nothing to do with this thread.

What I am saying is, it seems that, in your words, people can't acknowledge the fact that Zionist entity is inhumane even to ban lifesavers from the land which they have invaded and targeted. And they tend to change the topic in order to excuse these crimes.

If Dr Mads Gilbert did not have a political anti Jewish agenda, where are the links of him of him giving humanitarian aid is Syria? There is plenty of need there, but where is he? He chose not to be part of "Doctors without Borders" because they don't fit into his agenda as they were there too. But the main difference is that they were in the Gaza Strip too. but they were there for humanitarian reasons and not political.

Do you think it's right to ban someone from entering a place just because of their political views?

Would you say the same if, say North Korea bans journalists and activists with explicitly anti-DPRK agendas from entering the DPRK? If Russia did the same?

There is a difference between someone holding their own personal political views as opposed to being an anti-Israel activist and deliberately associating with known enemies and terrorists against Israel. I think a ban in this situation is understandable whether the country doing the banning is Israel, Korea, or Russia.

I do not consider all people in Gaza to be terrorists. The point is that Dr.Mads Gilbert choose to frequent known terrorists strongholds because his motivation was not solely to help people, but to perpetuate his anti-Israel sentiments. There are many other doctors at work just because they care about helping the people of Gaza and many of these doctors are Jewish, or Arab doctors in Israeli hospitals. I think anyone looking at the situation realistically should be able to see that Israel is on the defensive everyday trying to protect itself from continual attack and terrorism and yet humanitarian effort is still made in tremendous ways. This cannot be said of those who surround Israel and perpetuate hate and violence. So from my perspective, the shoe fits the other foot; it is not Israel that is a terrorist entity. Rather Israel is the the target of daily terrorism doing what is necessary to survive.

Israeli Doctors Treat Palestinian Children Born With Heart Defects
"It does not matter what side of the political map you are on," Dr. Akiva Tamir, the head of pediatric cardiology at Wolfson said. "The parents of these children want them to live – just like parents [in Israel]."
This is not the only circumstance in which the opposing sides have provided support for one another. This piece tells the story of how one Israeli man, Yuval Roth, has made it his life's mission to provide transportation for Palestinian children seeking medical treatment in Israel. "

Whose security? Any future Doctor that want's to enter the region and live to get out. The danger is not from Israelis, but from Palestinian factions with agendas of their own who've been armed by Hamas. All one has to recall was Vittorio Arrigoni who was a member of ISM. He was kidnapped and killed by Palestinians in Gaza and not Israelis in 2011. He had his views also and died at the hands for the people he was standing up for. Since 2011 ISM still spouts their anti-Israel rhetoric, but no longer sends members into Gaza.

Which Conspiracy Is True?
The 'security reasons' is another Jewish smoke screen to collectively punish the Palestinians for not giving in to all of Israel's demands. This same 'security reasons' is used to prevent reporters and journalists from reporting inside Gaza; for fear of exposing the hidden atrocities to the world again. Dr Mads Gilbert at the Shifa Hospital has performed this humanitarian aid before and I am sure that the Zionist regime could care less for his security; especially if his views are those of the Palestinians. If every humanitarian worker have the same views as the Palestinians, then NO ONE will be allowed to help inside Gaza. You know, 'security reasons' are used to prevent the import of certain food items and medical supplies into Gaza; I wonder what would the Zionists do if the shoe was on the other foot.

Collaborating with terrorists and seeking to mass murder civilians is a good reason to be imprisoned for a very long time.

It should have gone a lot further than simply being banned from Gaza.
