Is Panentheism the way answer?

I believe in elements of Panentheism(If you don't know what it is, look it up on Google Images as its got a clear diagram of what it is)
and I was wondering if anyone has similar views to myself.
Like I see:
Religion; Our " Social Morals "(I believe these are sort of our set of rules to follow. Nothing to do with God as it's always changing to adapt to society)
Science: What happens within our world. I believe that God intended us to evolve so we can adapt into earth's environment . Also believe he interferes with nature (Example like this are NDE's, "Miracles" in Lourdes,France - 72 people have been confirmed to have been cure of uncureable illnesses after visiting)
God: Creator. I feel He is a pretty neutral towards humans.I believe he is our conscience.

Problems people have with the existence of God:
Evil
First, to try and justify what I think, I need to explain evil; knowingly causing someone/something physical or mental pain.
-All forms of evil are human caused, nothing to do with God.
-People know evil is wrong(By our conscience) however people can choose not to follow it or not.
- Being "Evil" damages your soul.
-Illnesses are to do with the body not God(The body and the soul are two completely different things), even though we are designed a certain way, doesn't mean to say we will turn out that way. I also believe some illnesses can be caused by environmental factors. For example; Cancer -
Also the problem of God is the concept of homosexuality.
I believe that God is pretty neutral towards homosexual relationships . And even though we can't reproduce with the same gender, I believe that our sex organs aren't just used for reproducing(For example, we pee out of the bits we have). I feel homophobia is a social factor, not anything to do with God as there are species of animals who display homosexuality. To be honest, I believe anyway we shouldn't even be using the terms "straight" and "gay" and just be accepting to all.
Does anyone find this logical at all?
(I applogise if this doesn't make sense at all but you may catch my drift)
If you have any questions at all, please do ask.

Nonsense. What we may call "evil" is an intrinsic part of this reality.
