Women priesthood

Hello dear LDS friends,

Since you are busy, this weekend, with the GC, I wish you all joyful time.
I may come back later on with a new thread to discuss about some issues stopped me with the Saturday session, and may have more tomorrow
but till then I have a question regarding the article here:

So my questions are:

Since they have all these Primary, Young Women and Relief Society, what else do they seek? I mean by this priesthood ordination what else do they plan to have? Is this will make for them a potential women prophet in the future?

I really don't get the difference between Aaronic & Melchizedek priesthood, can you please in a plain english, with just few words, explain it?

So, again back to the ladies, which type of priesthood these ladies are seeking?

Though it is not common to speak of women having the authority of the priesthood in their Church callings, they are given priesthood authority in such functions as serving a full-time mission or teaching in a Church organization, Elder Oaks noted.

It's pretty confusing to use this term "priesthood" in many things, what I mean is that men have this authority because they do X,Y,Z... Ok, fine.
But he says that even women have it, since they do Y,Z even though X is missing.
I don't know it's confusing, for me.

So, will wait till LDS friends come back from GC and give your view on my questions.

The Aaronic Priesthood or The lesser priesthood Heb. 7:11–12, Its offices are bishop, priest, teacher, and deacon.

The Melchizedek Priesthood is the higher or greater priesthood; the Aaronic Priesthood is the lesser priesthood. The Melchizedek Priesthood includes the keys of the spiritual blessings of the Church. Through the ordinances of the higher priesthood, the power of godliness is made manifest to men (like Healing the Sick, ect) Within the Melchizedek Priesthood are the offices of elder, high priest, patriarch, Seventy, and Apostle.(i copied and pasted form the church website the links if you click on the names of the priesthood)
