Why should someone believe what one man said (mohummed) over what the many authors of the New Testament said regarding salvation, who Jesus was and what he did for us?

So in a way would you compare the prophets to our saints? Also do you pray to Muhammad (sp)?
My Dear Brother, in no way can prophets be compared to saints, prophets are the messengers of God, who may or may not be given scriptures (but mostly are given). It is God who decides whom He choses, and one more thing the mission of all the prophets is the same, to call to worship one God and join no partners with him. No we don't pray to Muhammed, Muhammed was the Last Messenger of God and his slave, He had adviced us :"Don't praise me so much that you take me as God, like the Christians have taken Jesus son of Mary as God".....In Islam all Praises are for God alone, we ask Him directly and we Believe that He is nearer to us than anyone else,....this is from our scriptures "We are nearer to you than your Jagular vein" and Muhammed has advice us..."When you ask, ask Allah". You are welcome brother to clear as many doubts as you have about Islam. Remember we Love Jesus and out of Love we call him God's Messenger, and Christians too Love Jesus and out of Love call his God, But who is he in the sight of God is more important

One must believe in What Muhammed said and what Jesus said, both are the messengers of God. There are human changes in the Old Testements...Jeremiah 8:8 in which it says, "how can you we are wise, when we have the law of the Lord, when the LYING pen of the scribes have handled it falsly". Well now how can we prove that the New Testaments are the pure word of God, when the Old Testements cannot be proved to be truely from God. But even in this condition we can say that the Bible talks about Muhammed, and we should believe in Muhammed because the Bible tells us to do so. Muhammed said "The similitude of me and other prophets is like a building, which is build perfectly and when the people come in it they say "how much better it would have been if the missing brick was there" so I am that missing brick"....All the Prophets Adam, Noah, David, Abraham, Jesus and Muhammed came with the same message, of worshipping only one God. Muhammed is the last of them.....anything else you have in your mind...do mention you are welcome to pose as many doubts as you have regarding Islam
