Genesis 2

The Lost One
sincerly said:
Gen.2 is still true as presented.

You still can't grasp the fundamental basis of science. For something to be true, you need to supported your claims with verifiable and empirical evidences.

Your claim is nothing more than blind faith - faith without evidence. And faith is nothing more than personal belief or personal opinion.

One can view Genesis 2 as being true of one takes it as myth, defined as a traditional narrative that has morals and values as its main purpose.

Sounds like a thread.
There is plenty of debate regarding Genesis narrative and it's meaning, trust me.

Actually, I really don't need to trust you as our commentary system is packed full of various interpretations of the creation accounts, but thanks for the idea anyway.

Then provide evidence for such.

I see land and water.
There are a variety of plants and animals outside my window.
The Sun, moon, and stars are still present
The Week is still calculated from the days of Creation. The Sabbath is still the Seventh day of the week, despite man's change.
Same with Marriage--Man and woman--except as man/woman has "lusted".

Gnostic, Outhouse has been posting the beliefs of the IAP and they acknowledge that there are "many details" which they cannot furnish, Therefore, what Science has theorized cannot be supported by "verifiable and empirical evidence".

Therefore, they are basing their Theories/opinions upon the same blind faith that you are saying of me.
We both see the same "evidence-mineral, fauna and flora ", but the older of Beliefs is bolstered/supported by the miracles which were recorded thousands of years prior to the modern theory.

Not at all.
Genesis Two has all the earmarks of a science experiment!...with results posted!

I like it!....I have no problem with it.

I suppose you're going to wait till someone finds the grave of Eve.....
and digs up that rib?!!!!!

What animals were brought to Jesus?

(Matthew 21:2-7) two of the disciples brought Jesus an *** and a colt from the village of Bethphage.

(Mark 11:2-7) They brought him only a colt

It's fact...Man Had a beginning.
It's a fact...the universe had a beginning.
It's a fact...Someone had to be First!

'Trust me' was allegorical there. It's a figure of speech. It isn't meant to be taken literally all the time, or to mean, 'you don't know (this) so I'm telling you (that).

Thanks for the clarification as it appeared to me as to have you saying that I wasn't aware.

Deny all you want.

It wont change how evolution is taught in every college around the world as fact and higher education.

And your mythology outlawed from school children so we dont poison their minds

I believe minds have been poisoned with scientific garbage.

I believe the enemies of God can teach people to not believe in God but eventually they will have to pay the price.

I believe mythology is allowed to be taught in school but religion is not. I also believe that we can fight the forces of evil that attempt to keep religion out of schools.

Not true for the educated world.

We have observed FACTS

You have faith, and no sources that are credible to back a word you say.

I do not believe so. There was no-one there with a camera showing how a monkey fathered a human nor was there a scientist present comparing the parents DNA with the childs DNA.

That is because God knows everyhting and men do not so God is more dependable than men.

.

Good luck with that.

Meanwhile the rest of the world moves forward.

You owe your life to science, making hypocritical statements about science is laughable and sad. Your typing on a computer designed by science. If you or your children get sick, it is science that saves them, nothing else.

Your statement amounts to education and knowledge are bad! how can that even be good for anyone let alone all society??????????????????????????????

Well that is just to bad. The rest of the whole world is moving forward including members of your own religion.

Evolution is based on observed facts, you do not get to discount them from a point of severe ignorance on the topic.
