Genesis 2

More mistakes from god or the authors?????

Just what did Jesus instruct them to take?

(Matthew 10:10) Jesus instructed them not to take a staff, not to wear sandals.

(Mark 6:8-9) Jesus instructed his disciples to wear sandals and take a staff on their journey.

What the above shows is that the authors of one book were so far removed from the actual events, they had no clue how the group walked around Galilee.

Yet you claim this is all gods words

I thought that was someone else!

Seems there's a purge every now and then.
Like when the church decided which text to keep....burn the rest.

I guess we all like a good fire ...now and then!

We had a book burning at our church (the one I belonged to during the 90's).

I got rid of vinyls, books, and other things... later, we realized that was a mistake. Essentially, anything that wasn't Christian was evil, and even further than that, anything that didn't agree with our particular cult version of Christianity was all evil (even if the books were written by other Christians). We had to be pure, cleansed of all evil influence that would lead us to Hell.

How sad it is that we can fall for these fear tactics.

oh my!....such efforts!

And misery even more so...to cling to a text that cannot assist in discipline unto the next life.

What we take to mind and heart...gives our sense of direction.

Look in the mirror and visualize the answer.

We are talking about the mistake and errors from the unknown authors, who wrote what you call gods words.

So your words, from god himself are incorrect?. Does YOUR god make many mistakes?

Luke1:1, "Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set fort in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us".
Those principles were all gleaned from the Prophrtic writing of the O.T.
The narrative used as a vehicle to show the teachings , healings, etc. were not "inspired". Nor were those who "took in hand to write" dictated the same "copies". They presented the principles of truth in their own manner of communicating.

Human beings make mistakes---and on the Day of Judgment, all will confess their "errors"---and bow the knee to the Creator GOD.

Mark understood what Matthew had written and the message Jesus had given. "...for the workman is worthy of his meat". Their needs were to be supplied by /for the services rendered in healing and teaching the principles of the "Kingdom of GOD is come" to the people.
That is the same principle of the Levites having no inheritence, but receiving from the people. No mistake.

I believe Fact: bones have been found. Fantasy: One bone evolved from the other.

Deny all you want.

It wont change how evolution is taught in every college around the world as fact and higher education.

And your mythology outlawed from school children so we dont poison their minds

Outhouse, Right! The truths of the "Strong Delusions" by men is seen in those teachings which do not allow the truth's of GOD'S scriptures to be heard.
What is presented as "truth" in those insttutions is the "poisons"---or as the Scriptures state---"the wine of fornication"--by which the whole world is made drunk.
