Is This Forum For The "Other" Religions?

Debating is more popular than fellowship online :D and fun of course...

I personally like fellowship with people in general so spend more time in general areas. They are a good place to test your ideas with all sorts of others - proving ground of sorts if done right.

There are a bunch of forums dedicated to specific religious traditions though...e-lists and stuff too.

I want to know how come there are no members here over 3 ft tall. How come we never hear from those people?

And don't tell me "Well, why don't you take your fingers out of your ears" because I can't hear that either. :ignore:

You mean that you believe that followers of the "big three" are closed-minded?

Well a lot of them are closed-minded, for the reason that their religion teaches not to let outside influences persuade them, as this is from the devil, I know because I have been there.

I am not asking about thread starters but replies by those who identify with those religions. And yes I usually stay in the GRD section. Do they avoid those?

Well one thing to consider is many old and current arguments are designed to go after the Abrahamic faiths and I'm sure it gets old for some at times...sure fear is aspect for some but also other reasons, including so many plain dumb, tired, weak, straw-man arguments from people like me

Have you checked the threads to see if that's actually true?

I didn't look at all the threads I just linked to, but I looked at a few and like I said: there's PLENTY of participation by the people you're claiming absent.

A lot of people are closed-minded for a lot of reasons.

There is so little activity on this forum from the "big three" (Christian, Muslim, Hindu) that they are almost never heard from, except for a very few diehards, probably trying to recruit for their own church. Does anyone know why? Just asking.

This post made me remember just how big Hinduism is lol. When I normally hear of the "Big 3" religions I automatically think of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. But as for your question I cannot say, maybe this site just needs some more diversity?

Or more accuracy.

There are no posts by anyone on this topic who identify their beliefs as one of the big three. My point.

This thread didn't exist when you made your point. :)

And almost all (if not all) of the other threads in here (the ones that already existed when you presented your point) contradict your point.

And considering that the OP is presenting a strawman, I can understand why most people aren't bothering with this thread.
