I suppose continue the search for knowledge. Just because I'm dead shouldn't mean I should stop.

I know this seems bizarre but usually I joke around about the subject of heaven because I find it ridiculous in almost all contexts.
BUT if I was given the opportunity to enter a heaven and be granted my desires. My only desire would be to worship god forever, seriously. I am that pious of a fool actually.
If I die and find out that god is a personal being unlike my expectations then I would be overjoyed to know he has not interfered in this world and is kind enough to not be interested in other's actions. Heaven for everybody essentially.
I would only ask to be given the ability and joy to worship this being for eternity. I dreamed it and I find great pleasure in worshiping god. I may sound like a naturalistic joy killer often but I am a fervent worshiper of god because everyone else seems dead set on receiving something in return while I expect and demand nothing.

If you are dead though and closer to god than imaginable wouldn't the search for knowledge be over with? Wouldn't it be more of a matter of you just creating knowledge at this point?
