But Women Don't Rape

Watched the video. That in my mind doesn't constitute rape. However that was a criminal assault..he was being mauled .Also he appears to be a minor..which would make it aggravated assault of a child. And she thinks that's "funny" .I would think she should spend like 3 in jail and 5 probation pondering how "funny" that is.She appeared to me?Like she was "entitled" and like he was some sort of object at her disposal.

He also needs to learn (like we girls do) no one has the right to touch you like that against your will.

It's attempted rape at a minimum. I'm of the opinion that an attempted crime should receive equal punishment as a completed(?) crime. To me they are the same actions, just one has a slightly happier ending.

Well she got up and left...I don't think that's "attempted rape" ..I think its assault of a child...

I do not agree...an attempted crime (mind changes) is the same as follow through..

That's like saying I had a crime in mind...I started it ..then I decided NOT to commit the crime..Im just as guilty as someone who did the crime..That's convicting people of crimes they did not commit .In that case I can point a gun at someone and point it at their heart...Im as guilty as if I had actually shot them in the heart..i will never agree to that..

I'm not talking about stopping yourself from doing it. Intent is the key concept here. If you intended to commit the crime but failed or was stopped before you could finish it, that's what I'm talking about. I am not talking about simply pointing or threatening someone with a weapon, I mean like you pull the trigger but it jams or misfires, to me that is the same as murder. The same for rape or robbery or any other crime. An attempt is the same as the actual crime to me.

But that is not what happened here. The woman voluntarily retrieved.

No, someone intervened at the end of the video.

But seriously, you can't tell me that if this were a man doing this to a woman or little girl who was fighting to keep her pants on while he is trying to pull them off, you can't tell me you wouldn't consider that an attempted rape. Come on.

I watched the entire video..no one intervened.(sadly) she got up and walked off..that was not a blocked trigger..she had her fun and left SHORT of rape..

But hey...I digress..If every single man who did what that woman did but a man to a woman was locked up in prison with the sentence of rape? I'll bite.I can think of at LEAST 10 men that should have been imprisoned for rape against me even though actual "rape" didn't happen..So I'm game.

So lets get this straight..If a man is crawling on top of a woman ..and she is uncomfortable with that..and the crowd says "get off of her' and he does ..he should still be charged as if he did not stop.He should be charged with rape even though no actual rape occurred?

O.K ...I can go with that..Its not legal..but Oh well lets change the laws..and make "
not rape" rape...

Are you laughing because I gave you the states that recognize female initiated, forced, oral sex as rape?
"Perhaps" isn't passive.

not passive voice, For goodness sakes! you did not even have a subject in your sentence--passive as in wish-washy, not assertive.

But on to "more important" matters. The "perhaps" was meant to signify that I wasn't sure her actions qualify as legal molestation. I didn't care to look it up. '

Exactly what is it you didn't understand? I'm here to help.

I do not understand how why you fail to realize that your reaction to a morally outrageous act does not demonstrate apathy. I understood your choice of focus--that the poster was exaggerating or posting dishonestly-- to gloss over the elephant in the room, the molestation of a child by an adult, to attack the credibility of the poster.

Do you honestly think that :
Assaulted and perhaps molested, but not raped.
is not dismissive?

If I was in charge, the woman in the video would be charged with attempted rape, which would have the same punishment as rape.

I think that attempted crimes should be treated as lesser crimes, however, in some cases they should carry hefty penalties nonetheless- even if no individual harm actually occurs.

If that is true ..men CONTROL THAT. Not women..so men need to get after MEN..What you expect women to fight men to protect men?Women don't oppress men..Men oppress men..and white men oppress black men etc...why would you look at women to help men not oppress men?

Why don't you care that a black man is convicted at a higher rate and serves more time than a white man?And that its men that write the laws????

What are you staring at women for..You men write the laws...Women band together..

These supreme court justices and Judge Judy might beg to differ: Stramgley I'm a white man and I've never written any laws or oppressed any black men. How pathetic is that?

These women might beg to differ?

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor

Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’connor

and

Judge Judy

Actually, according to the study by Mary Koss that the statistic 1 in 4 woman have been raped comes from that feminists often cite says that a woman has been raped if a man climbs on top of her if she didn't want him to even though both of them are fully clothed

So you're saying with my, "white male privilege," I should write up some new laws that don't oppress men, especially black men because I'm oppressing black men with my "white male privilege" Ironically, I've never even been to law school, but because of my, "white male privilege," it doesn't matter because not only do I write ALL the laws because I'm a white man-lol
I vote on them too, and I suppose my vote counts more than women and minorities because of my, "white male privilege" Not only do I write the laws, and vote on them, but I suppose I enforce them too. I'm one reeeaaaalllyyyy busy white guy, I guess :sorry1:

It's My Birthday!
I got an interesting PM:

Sometimes I wish I was a man so I could post in Men's Issues. Since I cant...here is my response lol.

I hate the response from extreme feminists claiming that women dont rape, such a load of BS. Women are just as bad as men in regards to stuff like this.
Posted with permission.

It is my guess that DallasApples pursuit of the militant feminist agenda has inspired her to fear saying it, herself, publicly, but it she did give me explicit permission to quote her PM to me. Anyways, thanks for your insight, dgirl1986. I have no issue with females or even feminists posting here, but pushing the feminist rhetoric here is patently offensive, considering this is a masculist area.

A fundamental problem with these views is that you see people not as individuals with different values, beliefs, powers, responsibilities, faults, & burdens, but as some stereotype of the group, be it white/black or male/female. When you begin to see us all as diverse individuals, you will find more allies, & even find your own power to change things.

O.K if EVERY man that ever climbs on top of a woman goes to prison (for rape) as was suggested for this woman then I agree...Its RAPE .They should go to prison .male and female alike. Why are you talking to me?I think free thinker is the one that called what the woman did to the boy on the bus sexual assault or rape///In my state??? that happens to anyone ?Its not RAPE// assault yes...not rape..

So what are you talking about?Teh world around women are actually RAPED by far more by men.,..I don't mean molested..or someone rubbed up against her ***..they are raped..and it goes unpunisished..So what are you talking about ..Im talking apples to apples..

No I am completley equal..fact is more women (and girls) by far are actually raped Revolutionsist..is that in dispute?

Having said that ...sexual misconduct or "rape" by women is not "excusable " due to that fact..but what i saw on that tape was not "rape".
