Reincarnation without divine orchastration is fantasy.

I don't understand what you're trying to say. Reincarnation with divine orchestration is truth?

I just wanted to point out that anyone can state a personal belief as if it were fact. it remains a personal belief, whether you choose to believe that, or not.

Maybe I misunderstood you. My point was even if one does believe in reincarnation, that would still require a supernatural explanation.

True, but I also think it is important for people to have good logical reasons for why they believe what they believe, Christians most certainly do.

If as the biblical scriptures say Jesus will return to judge sin and evil on the earth who will be able to survive?

And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?” Revelation 6:15-17

And just think for 2000 years now, there is nothing but wrong people thinking

"the end is near"

What are the good logical reasons that Christians have to believe what they believe?

I've only ever heard the closed circle:

1. I know the Bible is true because it is the word of God.
2. I know it is the word of God because it says so in the Bible.

I guess circular logic is a form of logic...

The next chapter in Revelation (chapter 7) describes "a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues"
who are saved when God's day of anger falls upon this system of things. I believe true Christians who are faithful will survive the coming end of this wicked system. (2 Peter 3;11-13, 2 Thessalonians 1:6-9)

the wrath of the Lamb!
'The wrath of the Lamb?'

Well that doesn't sound too impressive.

All it took last time to dispose of the hipster from Galilee was a platoon of Roman Legionnaires. What makes you think JC will return commanding an armada this time?
Maybe he'll get the shortest end of the stick a second time.
Don't get me wrong, I don't underestimate the fact that he might have been planning his return for over 2000 years. So he must have a few surprises. On the other hand I'm taking into account that his return has been written by scribes who were rooting for him, so there is no surprise they would add trumpets, angels, and saints to the image.

The world survived many prophets, miracle makers, gurus, and rabbis. My gut feeling is that most people would go about their business and live to see another day. Maybe they'll dedicate a corner to JC on Bill Maher's Real Time, or another late night talk show.

We only use this one if we are dialoguing with other believers.

Never heard of that one.

People use "the Bible (or the Koran) is the word of God" all the time in conversations with non-believers, or people of other faiths. Heck, they come right up to my door and try to tell me this. The second part is their inevitable answer to the question "How do you know the Bible / Koran is the word of God"? There are various forms, but for the most part, they try to answer the question by quoting from the Bible. Totally ridiculous, IMO.

Well unfortunately, there isn't much teaching on Christian Apologetics in churches. That is one of the many things that are lacking in Christianity. If there were, then the believer would have no problem responding to "How do you know the Bible/Koran is the word of God".

Why don't you give me a little demonstration? :D
