Do you believe when some great sins become a usual action in an area, king of universe gets anger and sends down a fatal disaster to that area ?

Yes and no. I wouldn't really put it that way. Reality is a network of causes and effects. Things that happen make other things happen. I wouldn't characterize this in a moralistic way, as reality is fundamentally amoral. Humans spewing tons of carbon dioxide into the air that induces global climate change and an increase in extreme weather events simply is what it is. Causes. Effects. If you want to anthropomorphize things and call it "anger," sure, if it floats your boat?

About some paranormal phenomenon , Often we bring reason from scientific subjects and technology objects whilst a paranormal event is not discussable by such usual themes. Heavenly events is beyond this colorize curtain which we live under it

As I don't believe in sin nor a king of the universe...no.

You say I don't believe in world creator. Although such opinion comes from inattention about many realities which are findable around us obviously, but it is more acceptable than we say I don't believe in sin !! when sin means ruinous actions

Some religion beliefs believe that whenever the sins rise the society, god bring natural disasters in the land.

I don't believe that natural disasters are targeted at sinful communities. If there was a god who cared enough to take these actions to punish the guilty it brings up a couple of problematic angles.

First, a god who punishes the righteous along with the sinners is committing an act that we would see as evil if performed by a man (killing innocent civilians for example)... so would the god be sinning to do so? If not, who do god's laws apply to? Are there others above the law besides god? Should terrorists be applauded for implementing god's justice if enough of the community were sinners? Who would decide?

Second, to hold to natural disasters as retribution from a god would seem to necessitate assuming all victims of natural disasters are sinning... if not, then how should we differentiate punitive disasters and non-punitive disasters?

Yes.

When women go around showing cleavage, god sends earthquakes.

This has been demonstrated by peer reviewed studies of muslim scholars singing the qran with drum.
