Christian confucians?

Is it possible to be both a Christian and a Confucian?

It could be argued that Matteo Ricci, the 17th century Catholic priest and missionary in China, was both a Confucian and a Christian. He explained Catholicism as being compatible with Confucianism and translated the Confucian classics into Latin. Another historical person who was arguably both Confucian and Christian was Paul Xu, who collaborated with Ricci.

Ironically, while the Catholics believed that Confucianism could be compatible with Christian thought, later European thinkers, such as Voltaire, saw it as an alternative to Christianity, embodying the ethics of religion without a encompassing the dogma.

I'm Christian in terms of my Religious Beliefs and in terms of Philosophy I'm a Confucian.
I have a copy of the Analects but not any of the other Confucian Books yet.
I'm not sure about the I Ching because some Christians view it as Divination although I'm not sure how Confucius viewed it though.
Did he View it as a Book of Divination or as a Book of Wisdom?
