OMG! That didn't take long. About an hour ago I finally put the broken TV face down out by the curb in the grass. It's gone already! People, honestly, why do you think someone would throw out a nice looking HDtv on the curb if there was any possibility of it actually working??? :facepalm:

They might have grabbed it for scrap metal. Not only that, one of my friends actually did pick up a working HDtv sitting out to picked up by trash collectors. You would be surprised at how much stuff people throw out that not only works, but is in good condition as well.

So tired of sickness. Now my little girl is sick. I'm assuming just a bad cold. If she doesn't show some improvement by tomorrow though she's going to the doctor. With my son having Pneumonia twice, a sinus infection now, and her having had a sore throat last week, I just don't need to take any chances.

I'm still rather old fashioned despite having a GPS device. I'll use it from time to time when traveling out of town to new destinations, but I'll still check out mapped directions and write things down before going. The GPS is usually just the confirmation that I already know where I'm going :p

Bah! I'd rather take a map and study it before setting out than having another GPS try to figure out which way it wants me to go, and changing it's mind several times, whether to take the left exit or right exit, as the exit itself is quickly approaching. I also know of many routes that are shorter and quicker that a GPS typically will not bring up.

I sliced my right index finger pretty badly at work tonight, on a vent of a heating unit. The store manager didn't even know they are sharp. I got my finger in a splint right now because the cut is so deep and it is really hard to type right now.

The washroom in my office trailer has been destroyed. One of the civil guys just discovered a new dinosaur, Megadumpasaurus. That place smells like low tide and violence. It's -25 out, and I still peed outside.
