Trinity Mystery Solved

Matthew 3:16 {in bible}
"And JESUS when He was baptized WENT UP straightway OUT OF THE WATER and the heavens were opened unto Him and He saw the SPIRIT OF GOD DESCENDING like a dove and LIGHTING UPON HIM and A VOICE FROM HEAVEN saying "This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."

JESUS was in the water, the SPIRIT of God was descending upon Him and A VOICE from Heaven was declaring that Jesus was His Son. These Beings were comming from three different directions. There were in seperate areas at the same moment in time. The Father was speaking from Heaven while His SON was COMMING UP out of the water and the SPIRIT of God was DESCENDING. The Father said "This is my beloved Son." He didn't say "This is myself." Logic would say that if the Father is saying, Jesus is His Son then Jesus' Father is the voice speaking. They are Father and Son. If the voice in Heaven is God then Jesus is the Son of God.

What may have caused the "Trinity" theory is "Oneness" mentioned, for example, in

John 10:30 {in bible}
"I and the Father are one"

1 John 5.7 {in bible}
"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word {Jesus Christ who taught the word} and the Holy Ghost and these three are one."

Since a Father and Son can't be the same person or share the same body, there has to be another kind of oneness.

This kind of oneness is described here

Philippians 2:2 {in bible}

"That ye being like minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind."

They are one in heart {their desires] and thought {their knowledge}.
The Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit are one {in agreement}, are one in accord.
:bounce :bounce :bounce

2 Corinthians 13.11 {in bible}

"Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace and the God of love and peace shall be with you."

One reason to believe that this oneness is the same as that of the Father and Son is
this...

John 17.11,21 {in bible} Jesus Intercessory Prayer

"...Holy father keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one as we are."

"That they all may be one, as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us that the world may believe that thou has sent me."

Here Jesus is praying to the Father, not praying or talking to himself.

Acts 4.32 {in bible} An example of what Jesus is saying to His Father

"And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul"
{they desired and believed the same}

Philippians 1:27 {in bible}

"...stand fast in one spirit, with one mind, striving together for the faith of the gospel."

John 15:4-10 {in bible} {I call it, Jesus' Valentine to us}

"Abide in me and I in you. As the branch can not bear fruit of itself except it abide in the vine, not more can ye, except ye abide in me.
I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in me and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit, for without me ye can do nothing.
If ye abide in me and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall be done unto you.
As the father hath loved me, so have I loved you, continue ye in my love.
If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love, even as I have kept my father's commandments and abide in His love."

Jesus kept the commandments of His Father, Heavenly Father, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He was not a false prophet because He lived and taught God's principles. He was crucified because He was called the Son of God and He wouldn't deny it and He spoke as the promised Messiah.

John 10.38 {in bible}
"...though ye believe not me, believe the works that ye may know and believe that the Father is in me and I in Him {agreement}."

John 14.28 {in bible}

"...I go unto the Father, for my Father is greater than I."

Jesus said the Father is greater than himself {Jesus} That is the humbleness of Jesus Christ. He certainly wasn't enticing or persuading people away from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob {being a heretic} rather He was leading people to Him and better obey Him.

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, {Jesus' Father} was certainly in agreement in all that Jesus taught. There are too many teachings to metion here. It is better that you read the book yourselves to see what Jesus taught.

Genesis 3.22 {in bible}

"And the Lord said, Behold, the man {Adam} is become as one of US, to know good and evil."

This indicates that there was another person with God, when Adam was in the garden of Eden with Eve. God was speaking to this person and saying that Adam had become as "one of US". That US is Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ."

God isn't saying that Adam is perfect like Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Adam hadn't become "as they are", perfect. God was saying that he has become
{like one of us} in knowing the difference between good and evil. Before that Adam was as a little child, ignorent.

John 8.58 {in bible} Jesus said

" Before Abraham was, I am"

John 17.5 {in bible}

"O, Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was."

I'm not a debater so I leave this with you to debate if there is reason to debate but I think this is a pretty reasonable understanding of the relationship of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost..

My insight and input in response to the Post "Biblical Inconsistencies"
and the Post "Does the Bible not teach not to add or take away from it"
are found within my comment in the Post "Is Trinity in the Bible?"

So just look for my comment in the Post {if you want to know it}. I only made one within that Post.

I offer one reason why there seems to be inconsistenceies. There may be other reasons why some scriptures seem inconsistent but truth is truth and does not contradict itself and God is the same yesterday and forever.

When principles seem to clash, a remedy may be to apply this scripture.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 {in bible}

"To every thing there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
"A time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted. A time to break down {what is wrong like a building that has been condemned that would do harm to the inhabitants" and a time to build up {to repair and build again}. A time of war {self defence or defence of others' rights} and a time of peace. A time to keep silence and a time to speak."

"A time to keep silence and a time to speak"
This reminds of the time Jesus went to the Temple and chastened the money changers at the Temple with a whip {scripture doesn't say that He whipped anybody. It probably was for effect. He meant business} and the other time he stood silent before Herod "like a lamb before the shearer"

Jesus knew what behavior was appropriate at what time. He always had the Holy Spirit with Him.

Sometimes it has to do with what is happening at that moment.

I want to correct the blooper in my previous reply to my original post.

When I commented within the Post ...
"Does the Bible not teach not to add or take away from it"
I also made a comment about "Biblical Inconsistencies" within the
"Does the Bible not teach not to add or take away from it" Post
because it was relevant.

The blooper was that I wrote that the comments to these two Posts are within another

I apologize if anybody was trying to find them and unable to locate them.
That is if anybody was interested in reading them.
The comments I made about

I try to avoid typos as much as possible but I lower the light on the screen to avoid glare. That protects my vision more.

I want to correct some typos to prevent a mistunderstanding.

These are the corrected sentences...
Jesus said the Father is greater than himself {Jesus}. That is the humbleness of Jesus Christ. He certainly wasn't enticing or persuading people away from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob {being a heretic}. Rather, He was leading people to Him TO BETTER OBEY HIM.

Perhapps I should explain these comments, I wrote in this Post.

Jesus kept the commandments of His Father, Heavenly Father, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He was not a false prophet because He lived and taught God's principles. There are warnings in the old testement about false prophets teaching people to worship false gods. Jesus taught us how to worship in prayer the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, {His Father and ours}. He taught us with this prayer...

Matthew 6:9 {in bible}

"After this manner, therefore pray,
Our Father which art in Heaven, HALLOWED {to Consecrate,to make or declare sacred}be thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven."
This shows respect and reverence towards the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

He was crucified because He was called the Son of God and He wouldn't deny it. That was interpreted as blasphemy by unbelievers in the promised Messiah, those that didn't recognize He would make an atonement for their sins with himself as prophesied.

Wow, it's solved.

Christians have been feeling warm and fuzzy about the Trinity for well over a thousand years. Earliest Christianity is still "up for grabs." If you had posted this in the first century, it would really be worth something.:rolleyes:

What is the New Testament, and when did it start? Knowing this = knowing truth. Also find out before you mislead people, who made the covenant, and what makes this operative. Also, I think you have done a good job in seeking the truth for you self. Unlike a lot of people, they just hear what their leader says that we believe, and they believe. But in order for the triuneness of God to be tru, you must be able to explain all of the contradictions as well. Because the Word from Gen. to Rev. should not contradict itself. If it does, and your understanding of this is true, you should have no problem explaining to someone why it appears that way, or why its there. But the first thing I ask of you is to find out what the new testament actually is, and which person promised it, and what has to happen to them in order that we can recieve. When you know this, youll know truth.

I see your quoting from the newly revised versions of the Bible,
