Bush Job Approval Continues To Improve

Bush is not interested in doing well in the polls. Bush is interested in fighting Islamic terrorists, which is something that seems to be very unpopular with the masses of non-thinking Americans. Most people would rather watch a Michael Moore DVD or read a Harry Potter book, than think about global Islamic terrorism. Let's all sit on our couch and flip on our cable TV and watch CNN, which is owned by a liberalist, and talk about how stupid Bush is and after that we'll all go to the movies and watch the latest Harry Potter film. Isn't Christmas fun? Happy Holidays !!!

Let's all talk about what a fool Bush is, to believe that there is any threat to world peace, even though two of the biggest buildings in the world are in a landfill, along with the thousands that died when they collapsed. Thousands of men women and children of all races and religions buried in a land fill on Long Island, New York and we still criticize Bush's decision to fight terrorism. The foolish ones are those that do nothing to make this world a safer and better place for us all to live in. Remember, our American troops are too busy fighting Islamic terrorists to be bothered with some Bush approval rating poll.

FFH, it sounds like you want to deify Bush.
I think there is a large difference between wanting to deify Bush, and recognizing that there is a very big movement out there to unfairly denegrate and villainize him. I don't think he is a perfect man, or a perfect president, but he sure doesn't deserve the litany of attacks he is receiving by those who obviously hate him.

But I guess it's war, and peace cannot go with democracy as usual. But on the other hand with greed under control the peace lulls into a good sense of freedom and bla, bla, justice (really, it would the justice of the Godless tolerance between different religions.

But the what is there are reasons in the character of this being-too-late of solutions to judging rewards of good productivity at home and in the middle east, the world should be at christmas full of controlled exploitation:tsk: .

Reason, and reason again
All residing presidents are attacked by the opposition. It's not like liberals invented this little game; I fondly remember Clinton going through the same thing. :areyoucra

I'm sick of politicians and certain individuals blaming the media. It's always the media's fault, not their own. Shame on them for reporting news and publishing professional opinions. :tsk:

It's his fundamentalist Christian base coming back. Fundies will believe anything and support anything so long as you kiss their *** about abortion and a few other social issues. They don't think for themselves. They just look for a leader to follow.
Labelling people is fun no matter what party, background or affiliation they have! I think RF is severely lacking in it, currently, and my heart is lightened to be sure the tradition continues.

There are those that sit back and criticize, and do nothing, and then there are those that get things accomplished, and do things regardless of criticism. This current Presidency has done more good for this nation and the world than we could have ever hoped for. The ruler of Babylon has been dethroned.

The smugness that you see comes from being burned by too many foolish critics.

Wire tapping is being used to bust Islamic terrorists within our own communities. It is not being used to tap the average person's phone or computer. Very sophisticated computers are used to pick out certain words and phrases from the Islamic terrorist's phone conversations and computers. The tapping is not being used to mess with the average person who is not a threat to national security.

We have Islamic terrorists in our communities that need to be watched. Wire tapping is the best way to do this.

Islamic terrorists can take on any form. There is no race that is not involved in terrorism. Timothy McVeigh is a prime example of this. McVeigh was found to have ties to the Al Quaeda network, and carried out his role in the Oklahoma City bombing, at the request, and with instructions from, the Al Quaeda network. We need to watch these types of people.

According to Wilkipedia, McVeigh could be associated with Christian Identity rather than AlQaeda:D

Some investigators contend that Timothy McVeigh and his accomplice Terry Nichols had ties to Islamic terrorism through Ramzi Yousef, a militant who planned the 1993 WTC Bombing, and through a series of meetings with Islamic terror group Abu Sayyaf members in the Philippines. Others suggest he had ties to a radical Christian Identity group called Elohim City near Muldrow, Oklahoma.
Christian Identity is a label applied to a wide variety of loosely-affiliated groups and churches with a racialized theology. Most of them promote a Euro-centric version of Christianity. Their key commonality is British Israelism theology, which teaches that white Europeans are the literal descendants of the Israelites through the ten tribes that were taken away into captivity by the armies of Assyria. Furthermore, the teaching holds that these (White European) "Israelites" are still God's "Chosen People".

Timothy McVeigh was an agnostic. There is nothing indicating that he ascribed to the Identity religion. His political ideology, however, was the same as those who follow the Identity teachings. That he made friends with those who were the most extreme in their beliefs and actions is now well documented. That he was involved in the robberies and actions of the Aryan Republican Army has been attested to. That Christian Identity adherents have spawned some of the most violent domestic terrorists of recent history is unquestionable. And that they have the blood of one-hundred and sixty-eight Americans on their hands is undeniable. And in view of recent evidence and intelligence reports obtained from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Christian Identity adherents of Elohim City are known to be implicated in the domestic terrorist attack of April 19, 1995. Every Citizen Against Hate should be outraged. Every Citizen Against Hate should demand that each and every one of them be held accountable. Every Citizen Against Hate should demand justice.

If you think that the Government is incapable of abusing its powers, then you have a childlike faith in government that was absent in the Founders.

Have you heard of McCarthism?
http://hammerofthor.blogspot.com/2005/04/truth-of-mccarthism.html
Do you know how many innocent people have been victimized by being branded as communists during that period?

In the same way, an excuse of fighting terrorism could be used by politicians and those with different personal agenda to cause grievance to innocent people.

Apparently 47 percent of Americans are not buying into the media lies about the current Bush administration. The media's political news coverage is so one sided it makes me sick.
If the media is lying about the current Bush administration, then the media could be lying about everything else? So if the media is not reliable, where do you get you news from? From this RF?:jiggy:

Everyone I've spoken to support Bush because of his atitudes towards national defense. These are mostly blue collar workers, and most of them happen to be agnostic or atheists. Religions ,IMO, just believe themselves to be incredibly over important. I live in Mass about an hour from Boston, about as liberal as you can get ,and I haven't met too many outspoken Bushwhackers. Polls are peachy when they can be used against the current administration, but let them show something positive and they immediately become irelevent. Whichever way the wind blows.:biglaugh:
