@PFM:You mean kinda like the Good and Bad, Good whispers: "Don't do it it is wrong", while on the other shoulder, the Bad says "You know you want to, go on Do it?"

I don't think that's what she meant, at least I hope not. hahaha. I wasn't, and I'm still not, confused about right and wrong. I'm just confused about my religion.Renaldo said:@PFM:You mean kinda like the Good and Bad, Good whispers: "Don't do it it is wrong", while on the other shoulder, the Bad says "You know you want to, go on Do it?"

I'm a Latter-day Saints. My religion teaches that angels are essentially heavenly messengers whom God uses to further His work here on earth. They are actual beings which, in form, look like humans. In other words, they don't have wings. :162: Several of the verses in the Bible which refer to them speak of them as having the appearance of men, although there's no reason they could not be women. They can be either unembodied spirits or resurrected beings. Whatever they may look like, they have in the past, been associated with the delivery of messages from God to human beings. For instance, the Angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she would give birth to the Savior, and at His birth, a multitude of angels brought the news to the shepherds watching their flocks near Bethlehem.Purity said:Hello everyone. I know of only one: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ was prophesied by John the Beloved.Deep_MindQuest said:Galations 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. "The Spirit clearly says that in the later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons."

What modern day and ancient religions began from angelic visitations?
My faith says sometimes God uses angels, but most often if an angel is needed its US that should step forward to do the job.painted wolf said:we believe in spirits and such but Angels... nope.
