Where are you in the future?

Malus 12:9

Temporarily Deactive.
Where do you see yourself in the future. 5 years? 10 years? what about 25?

(oh and to save remarks from certain members I see myself.....) :biglaugh:

I see myself happy...hopefully with a career by that time. Other than that, I have no idea. Will I be in love? will i have kids? will I still live in Texas? will i be rich? ...these are things i have no clue about. All we can do is live life today in a way to help us stay happy in a short-term sense as well as a long-term sense. I try to prepare myself for a wonderful tomorrow and a wonderful rest-of-mylife!

I have no clue where I will be in any amount of time. I, of course, have dreams, but have learned the hard lesson that planning to be somewhere in a certain amount of time has never worked for me. Too many things have been thrown in front of my dreams and crushed them so far. I have started over with my life from scratch more than once and realize now that I must live in the present and concern myself with it alone. So, I honestly have NO CLUE where I will be next year...let alone 5 or 10 years from now.

At some point and time I can say I will be with the Lord...but in the meantime I'm just going to remain open to God's instructions and go where he leads and how he leads...even if it means staying right on my fanny in front of this computer in this forum or praying with my grandkids...or traveling to any place God instructs I should go. I don't have plans for myself...but when I decide I'd like to do something I have to remember to pray on it to be sure it's what God wants for me to do. Recently God ask me to do something and I did what He asked and I was so in awe of the outcome. He told me...call the local churches and tell them to extend their outreach programs to all and not just to your own church members that may be in need to make a choice this winter of do I eat or do I keep warm....At first I ignored this little voice to some degree thinking...I'm nobody...why would these strangers listen to me...but they did...the local churches have added committees to raise funds for just the purpose I'd been instructed to ask of them.I remained silent about who I was because I told a friend about what I'd done and the first thing she said was good for you...well it wasn't for my good but GOD that lead to the outcome...I tell you this now not for any response but to remember that everyone has a purpose and if you are so busy clammering in your own little ways in your own little world someone could suffer and it would be because you were too busy to notice God was telling you where to be....I have no idea of who it is that will be in need but I can tell you had I not listened to that little voice...well...who knows? I know good will come out of it so I give up the glory to God for telling me what to do and that perhaps a soul will be won for Him that could have possibly perrished. I love all my brethern whether they are believers or non-believers...they matter to God and therefore matter to me.

God Bless you who reads this and perhaps one of you should contact a church and see that our shut-ins and elderly are not forgotten in the sea of disasters around the world because even though our attention should go to charity in these places we can't forget those in our own neighborhoods that may suffer in silence because they feel no one cares.:)

I hope to be married with kids and a job. Or at least the ability to get a job if I ever wanted one. I don't know if I will want one after I'm married with kids.

In two years I'll be travelling on a gap year, hopefully aroudn eastern europe somewhere, seems nice, then I'll be off to uni, hopefully somewhere in Scotland, likely to be studying Theology, though I have been drawn to creative writing recently, maybe I'll do a doctorate, could be fun, & after that who knows, but I'll be happy as long as I have a guitar to play...& someone to play to.

In 2 years time, making a 50k salery of residual income. In 5 years time, making 100k + in residual income. In 6 years, graduating with not just a piece of paper in my hand that 'll have paid rediculous ammounts of money for, but with no worries for finances. In 10 years when there is a highschool reunion, be the most financially secure person.

Hopefully, I better job, my own place, my car will be paid off, and hopefully much more indy wrestling exposure and much closer to a WWE contract. Actually, I'd settle for TNA. To bad the promotion I was wrestling for folded.
