The most taboo word in American politics

Overpopulation, the topic no politician in the U.S. has the balls to discuss or even mention (besides Gore slipping it in during the global warming film).

Political suicide to even mention it. In fact, if a politician did have the guts to say something I would probably vote for him/her, even if they had no qualifications and were of the Palin intelligence level.

A good example of "look after number one" policy of politicians:

Who needs free education, when you have a politicians salary.

Who needs to worry about the retaliations of international war when you have personal bodyguard and private transport for the rest of your life.

Who needs to talk about 'ugly things' and loose my vote, my family will have more than most.

Who needs to think for this country 100 years ahead... "I am looking after number one".

Know what I find funny about the whole overpopulation thing? The government still gives homosexuals a hard time, but homosexuality is like natural population control. Not just that, but they keep encouraging people to keep making more babies.

I'm sorry, but you would vote for an advocate of population control with Palin's intelligence? Well. You can't do worse than Bush I suppose.

Well, I am probably not going to vote for someone of Palins intelligence. And don't want another Bush. But damnit, I almost would kidnap a politician (j/k for the FBI who might be listening) and force them to say the words 'OVERPOPULATION" on live news t.v.! Say the word damnit!

Isn't that the truth.

What would you want them to say, or do, about it?

Well, I don't support permits or single child policy or anything like that. But, I would prefer an "opt in" policy with regards to birth control. In other words, you want to get pregnant, fine. Just go to the pharmacy and take the antecdote. Do you get what I mean? No unwanted pregnancies. That would be a hell of a start.

I now feel it is my patriotic duty to turn gay. I want it quick, rough, and mean. No foreplay b.s. That is something I could get used to! Besides, how pure hetero can any one person be? Even a gold standard 99.9% still is not 100%. So I can't be 100% hetero can I? Rough and mean and no risk of pregnancy. Count me in.

I don't believe there is such a thing as "over population"
maybe "sustainable population"
but not "over population"
people die all the time getting hit by cars...does that mean we are "over populated"
I feel like population size handles itself...but it has to do with whether you want to recieve the punishment of over reaching a more sustainable population level.

I define over population by a population at which life is no longer enjoyable (or the enjoyment level limits the population). For example, we could be super efficient, all eat grass (no meat), live in apartments, be shoulder to shoulder. Or we could have 100x lower population. all have a kush pimp ranch with 1000 acres, chop down trees, burn them, be inefficient but enjoy life and have our own personal space. I would value quality of life over quantity of people.
