Is Sarah Palin Finished?

ninerbuff

godless wonder
Unless Palin hunts Bin Laden and shoots him down like she did that elk on her TV show, I believe she's done. Just my opinion though.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
Just to put some balance and perspective on things:

It's not a hard one. Christian fundamentalists in power = death of liberty.
That would depend upon which fundie vs which non-fundie. Comparing Bush with Obama, whose record on liberty is worse? The supposedly non-fundie Obama looks no better at all.

It might be a hard decision for people who always strive for "balance" at the cost of truth and accuracy.
Beware anyone claiming the "truth".....it smacks too much of Jesus Camp, even when claimed by heathens.

Obama hasn't gotten anywhere close to the level of corruption, misconduct and incompetence that Bush has.

Could Palin be any worse then Bushy or Nobama? I think the US is pretty much doomed at this rate anyway.

In any circle outside of the Republican Party/Religious Right, Palin would have been finished. But because the Religious Right/Republican Party is filled with cronyism, hate, and hypocrisy, they don't want to hold Palin accountable for her destructive actions and statements. They give her a free pass and it makes her even more popular among her supporters. She and her cronies project blame on the opposition. For those who are considered the realist/level headed people in the Republican Party they don't want anything to do with her yet they are powerless to do anything because the radical fringe loves her so much. The Republicans can't live without out her and they can't live with her. Palin will be the eventual demise of the Republicans.

She is more likely to try and push a kooky religious agenda, further threatening our rights and liberty.

Well it says even more about the sad state of the society who would elect someone like her to begin with. America is really very sick and not many are willing to acknowledge that with any seriousness.

Palin's political days are waning quickly. She has made it abundantly clear that she's too much of a loose cannon to navigate political waters well. This was, in the beginning, refreshing to some Republicans who are, rightly so, completely sick of the corruption and Chicago style old school political BS entrenched in Washington.

Her honeymoon is over, though, and at this point, even living in East Texas and surrounded by oilfield industry, I do not know one single person who still thinks she has a shred of credibility left.

There are new conservatives and independents who are stepping up to the plate and I am sure that some of them don't have the weird baggage (and frankly, the low IQ) that Sarah Palin has. Time will tell. One thing is FOR SURE - we need some new blood in Washington. Just not Palin.

She's a freaking idiot, and if she runs for President in 2012 I may have to move to Idaho and live on top of a mountain with no radio, television, or computer just to get away from her manic face and hyperactive speaking pattern.

AUGH. Lord, deliver us.

As an interesting side-note, did you know her name "Palin" is Greek for "again"? Thus the answer to the question posed by the OP is quite obvious.
