I do think that people like Hitler, serial killers, torturers etc have a purpose in the world, even if it's only to remind people of the horror they are capable of.
Just an extraordinary bad guy.

No. A prophet is a tool of god. sometimes they get out of line. Hitler was a tool of the globalists who definitely got out of line. So there are similarities.

I'm sure Hitler utilized many of the same psychological tools as most people thought of as "prophets." The types of tools which exploit the weaknesses of the simple-minded, and turn them into loyal followers.

Hitler could very well have been a prophet, though any god that chose him wouldn't be at all benevolent.
There are prophets of doom. To me a prophet is someone who change the world.
Did Hitler change the world?
Did Jesus change the world?
In the sense of changing the world.
