Rama and Sita.

The best advice I can give you is this, do yourself a favor, and wait until you are married to engage in sex life. You would not believe how much this will mean if you simply wait. As far as masterbation, I would try to get that to a minimum if possible. I know that sounds crazy, but masterbation can lead to many other things. One day, it will no longer satisfy, then you will take it to the next level, and so on and so on. I would spend all your time and energy in school, spiritual life, and a healthy hobby (sounds like you already have one, veena! :) ). Hang out with positive friends, stay away from people who party and do drugs, and engage in illicit sex life. These things can carry thru your whole life. Believe me, I made all the bad mistakes of bad association and bad lifestyle while I was a teenager, and the pains of paying for that now at 29 is so unbearable and effects my wife and children too. It will for the rest of my life and I regret is so badly.

ya, i have this stupid thyroid that cant do anything. well actually it was my immune system's fault for attacking it as a forein thing. bah. so now im hypothyroidicish... taking levoyxl.
i dont masturbate crazily, just once in a while. before i used to do it 4 times a day. i dont do porno. and ya...

i would like to get married. dont know if my parents will let me. (to a man that is). pfft.

have you been to tirupati? i have, i got my head tontured (fancy word for shaved). lol. i waited 3 hours to see lord venkateshwara. it was funny. the whole experience. everyone was pushing and shoving like cattle, was it worth it? nah. with a selfish attitude like that, i think it negates the whole experience for them.

I know this is way off subject but it seems we are steering into sexuality so I had to say what I had to say. I apologize if it offends you or anyone else.

Thats great! It sounds like you are a very special teenager that has values. That is such a rare trait in teens these days. Keep your values no matter what. You will never regret it. Have you tried any Ayurvedic remedies for your thyroid? My wife had trouble with hers after we had our last baby, and we found some wonderful natural remedies for it. It really works! I love Ayurveda. I am classified as Pita-Kapha. What body type do you have?

really? my mom does some ayurvedic medince. i really dont know much about it. as for my blood type, i have no idea. lol. isnt that funny? i get my blood drawn about every month now, and i still dont know. pathetic, i kno.

ive known that green tea is good for you, to help the metabolism. i need that.

Hehe, I actually meant body type, but that ok, lol. :) There are 3 basic body types in Ayurveda which are Pita, Kapha, and Vata. Essentially every body is made up of all 3 but usually there is one that is dominant. Pita would be mainly fire, Kapha would be earth, and Vata would be air and water. Your treatment for any ailments or sicknesses will differ according to your body type. Ask your mata (mother) about it. P.S. is the picture in your avatar a picture of you? Just curious because you have very fair skin for a Indian. :)

Basically ram sent her away because rams spies went around ayodhya to make sure ram was a good king and bring back any news. There was a washerman who kiked his wife out for doing it with another man, she said this is unfair, the washerman replied by sayin im not ram who accept sita back after being in the company of a another man. So, having the best interests of his kingdom at heart he sent her to the forst meeting valmaki muni. When they met again sita said if i am true then my mother (the earth) will take me back. So a huge crack took form in the earth, she floated back in.

I have often pondered that very same question. This is what I came up with. I don't know if it's true but I heard that in the Valmiki Ramayan, there was no part about Lav and Kush. Therefore, I assume that what we're talking about was not part of the original Ramayan. Remember Sant Tulsidas translated the Ramayan from the original Valmiki text. Perhaps he added on this part? Even if all this is true, remember that the Lord lived as a human and was demonstrating human flaws as well, not that he himself had those flaws. He was acting a leela. Remember Shri Ram returned for Mother Sita afterwards but she didn't go with him? She returned to her mother - Mother Earth. I once heard someone who was giving a discourse on this say that Mother Sita was showing women what to do when they are unhappy with their marriages. Again, Lord Rama was not flawed. He was acting a leela with Mother Seeta to teach a lesson for us to follow.
