Translations of the Avesta

Hi, I have become interested in Zoroastrianism after reading the translation of the Gathas by Piloo Nanavutty and want to learn more about the religion through the full Avesta. However there don't seem to be many translations into English and I haven't found any one translation that struck me as the best. Do people have recommendations for a readable yet accurate translation into English? I'm more interested in accuracy as I've had a difficult time in the past with translators distorting texts to reflect their own ideas. Also do people know what the best contemporary language for Zoroastrian translations, texts, and thought in general would be? I'd think Farsi would be best because of it's relation to the original and its wider use but I don't know if Gujarati might have more. Thanks for any help you can provide!

If I were you I would simply stick with the Gathas, they known to have come directly from the mouth of Zoroatster. The Avestas are add ons which have no bearing on what the Prophet Zoroaster said. Those who follow the Avestas say that there are no converts to Zoroastrianism, those that are Gathas-only say that converts are welcome.
