Question for the God Bashers

The forum I used to frequent was a place where being sniped at was a way of life. It's just that since I've been here, I am ignored for the most part. I can take the sniping, I'm used to it. I can take being ignored too. I'm used to it.
Funny thing was, over there the worst attackers were so called Christians and it was them with their baiting techniques and a hate filled moderator that got me banned for life. I was banned for standing up to their hypocrisy and hate. Not to mention exposing their false so called Christian ways.

As long as you both exist whether as drivers or pinheads, I find a measure of relief on the alternate plane. You know what I mean, bro.

It appears we have a plethora of poofed posters present from that perilous place of pious pretension.
My you enjoy your Cerberus free sojourn here, gentlemen.

Thanks for your post. Your points are well taken and I understand what you are saying.
But just so that you know, I, along with my spiritual brothers, conduct ourselves as closely as possible to the mind of Christ in our religious practices.
We do not force what we believe on anyone. We do as the Christ and his first century Apostles did and that is merely presenting what God's Kingdom has to offer, and let the hearer decide for themselves what they will do with the information, that being, pursue more information or reject the message.
That's all we can do.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm! In your opinion!

Done here.
What do you do to satisfy your spiritual needs?
I don't know if I qualify, since I'm selective about which gods I bash.

I don't do anything to satisfy my spiritual needs, since I'm not aware of having any spiritual needs. I'm not even sure what a spiritual need could be that would be distinct from a psychological need.

I study what interests me, I pay attention to the world around me, and I respect others for what they believe in.
If you think that someone is a "God basher" because they don't believe in what you believe and they question the validity of your religion, then you are very wrong.

One shouldn't post on forums of this nature if you are of a sensitive nature, and your belief system is too precious to be challenged.

Bashing God would seem to be quite inconsequential in and of itself. After all, God is supposedly far too transcendental to even care about such bashing.

I would assume then that the OP is ultimately interested in the effects of bashing belief in God, not God itself.

The truth is that belief in God isn't always positive or desirable. It is pointless for some people, destructive for quite a few others.

At the end of the day, most spiritual needs are in fact fulfilled at a philosophical and social level. Both God and the belief in same are over-rated.

All I was asking was "how do you atheists satisfy your spiritual need?"
Look at the responses. What I'm seeing is when such a person is confronted with such a question, it seems to make them look inside themselves and they are at a loss for words or feeling on the matter, and that is what is so upsetting.
Just my observations, nothing more.
