Oh, my gosh! You've been around, haven't you? My ancestors (on my dad's side) were all from Bradford. Is this good or bad? :)

Maybe so, but this year's first round draft picks in both the NBA and NFL were from the University of Utah!

:woohoo: I lived and worked in Heidelberg for about three years. I wish I could remember the names of the gasthouses and restaurants I used to frequent.

Hi Katzpur
I still have friends in Bradford. and my Dentist is there too.
Not one of the best of places to live these days because of a fair amount of race related troubles. but it was worse a couple of years ago. It has not managed to keep up with Leeds which starts only a few miles down the road.
The best thing about living in Bradford is the ease of getting to the surrounding countryside.
The College where I Worked had 32,000 students one of the largest in England and was the larges till three years ago.

I was born and raised in Twentynine Palms, California. I live there now too. It is a military town (my mom is a retired marine) and I still live there because my husband is also a marine. 29 Palms is about an hour from Palm Springs. Its a TINY town in the middle of the Mohave Desert. Right now its about 115-118 degrees farhenheit (sp?). (And thats not even that bad, lol)
I lived about six months in San Diego with my dad while my mom went to Japan (for her second tour there). Her first tour to Japan I dont even remember (I was really little), but my dad tells me that I stayed a few months with my grandma in Kansas. But pretty much my entire life I have lived in Twentynine Palms.

J4L, I didn't know you were in Ohio too!

I live in Dayton...but hopefully not for long!
Originally I'm from Oregon, but I moved here for love. I like it here tons...the people are like 12 times nicer. I live near the capital. Couldn't be happier...unless there was an ocean nearby!
