Hello All,
My name is Zaid and I am a Muslim, I would like to clraify the issue about the devil as explained in the last revelation to manking (i.e. The Noble Qur'an). Each and every one of us has a voice of oneself which is the voice you speak with and it is the same voice you hear in your head when you think quietly to yourself. Now, everyone has a companion devil which tries to lead him away from the path of Allah (God) Almighty. The way this devil affects you is by matching his voice to the one you think with. Then he whispers ideas in your head with a voice matching the one you think with (as if you are thinking to yourself with these thoughts).
Now the thoughts that Satan tries to put in your head are the following:
1. Harm: Ideas to hurt yourself or others.
2. Lust: perverted sexual ideas.
3. Blasphemy: to say about Allah (God) that He has sons and a wife.
Thus Satan is real and the way he attacks you is by whispering to you ideas in your head and repeating them (as if yourself is telling you this). and He wants you to carry them out to cause you pain.
