I see a whole lot of RF members over there. It's kind of sad that all of Rex's hard work would be taken advantage of like that. It almost sounds like there was some sort of fall out or something. Well, I like it here. People are friendly and stay pretty civil even though I tend to **** them off.

Let's just leave IF and RF as they are, completly seperate places.
If people want to post on both forums then what's the big deal?
If you would rather just stay at RF then that's cool too.
If you don't like the way LK made her board it's simple: don't join it.

RF is a great forum. LK's is starting off pretty nice too.

It's a really, really big internet. There is room for quite a few more message boards.

ScubaBoard has spawned quite a few scuba-related boards. Instead of feeling insulted, I am honored. Most are allowed to include their URL in their sig line, although there are two sites that are not allowed. To be sure, I have offered help to many of those sites and even give hosting to one site. There is no way that ScubaBoard can fulfill the needs of all of the Scuba Divers, so I encourage competition.

I also sponsor a religious forum, but it was in existence WAY BEFORE I joined here. It is incredibly small, and only a few use it. PM me if you want the URL. If I had more time, I would frequent the other board as well. Alas, I waste most of my time here! :D

I agree with Watcher, live and let live. If you want to visit there, then by all means do so. If you want to stay here, good!

I bear no ill will to Lightkeeper, no matter how she tried to start her board. I always enjoyed her posts here. It is said, "Immitation is the heighest form of flattery." Choice is a good thing. As for me, I choose to stay here. Once you have tasted the fruits of RF, nothing else tastes as sweet!!:) :woohoo: , and all the people said Amen to that!!!Sorry folks, that was the christian in me.:)

I'm a member and mod over there, so I'm biased, but IFF is getting along fine. It's quite relaxed and free of the zealots that seem to turn up elsewhere.
