The ToE and common ancestry of all life forms did not come from looking at the evidence

O.K. great, got it. Your position is that no new species ever evolve. Thanks.
As I said, "Asked and answered."

Did you notice it's the exact opposite of the position of the other YEC in this thread, Man of Faith? His position is that new species evolve, rapidly, from and within "kinds."
That's "his" view. Not mine.

So we've given you several instances of actual new species actually evolving. I gave as an example the London mosquito. It's a new species of mosquito. You deny that it exists, or that it's a new species, or what?
I never denied it exists, I simply said it's still a mosquito.

Are you saying that the entomologists who have identified it as a new species are all incompetent?
Not at all. It's still a mosquito.

Do you know what the word "species" means, in Biology?
Yes.

I got it from a pro-evolution site so apparently it doesn't agree with you.

It does. It shows how humans and monkeys are related: common ancestor. (See that rectangle at the bottom that says, "Ancestral primate?"

really? because we have evidence of new species coming into existence within a short span of centuries.
Do share some examples then.

So, if it is your view that no new species ever arise, than you are lamentably mistaken.
I have yet to see any evidence offered to support your view.

It shows humans coming from chimps.

That's right. You're both YECs, and you believe exactly the opposite about this very basic issue.

I never denied it exists, I simply said it's still a mosquito.
Yes, we acknowledge that. The point is that it's a new species of mosquito. Do you understand that there are many species of mosquito? About 3500 of them, to be precise?
Not at all. It's still a mosquito.
It's this sort of thing that has us calling you ignorant. We KNOW that. It doesn't matter. That's not the question. The question isn't whether or not it's a new mosquito, as whether or not it's a new species of mosquito.

Then you must be a bald-faced liar, or you wouldn't keep reiterating that it's still a mosquito, which is irrelevant to the question of whether it's a new species of mosquito.

you really can't be that dimwitted. Look at the chart carefully, it does not show humans coming from chimpanzees. It shows a relation to them, we did not evolve from chimpanzees. Repeat we did not evolve from chimpanzees.

RND,
Your complete ignorance of Evolution and the Theory of Evolution makes you unprepared for any conversation concerning them.
From your POV I'm certain that's true.

You have also evidenced an ignorance of hereditary DNA, basic biology, scientific classifications, and scientific models.
I have? I'm sorry. I'm just looking for some answers and your frustration in answering them leads me to understand your position much better than you think.

Truth never has to hide from a question.

Your juvenile arguments are rather pitiful, and your unwillingness to accept known facts makes your ignorance willful.
Sometimes the most simple thing can trip up those that think they know so much!

You are free to wallow in your self righteous ignorance or you can actually educate yourself. Your choice.
That's right! God is the master in allowing free choice!

It shows clearly that man and chimps are related to gorillas and so on.

Is the fact that I find the anthropoid on the far right esthetically pleasing evidence that I am an ape too? Hmm, I wonder if I'd be turned on by the common ancestor to her and the ape sitting to her right. Probably. Excuse me, I've got an urge to eat a banana (even though I'm allergic to bananas. I just can't seem to shake my primal urge to eat them anyway).

Willful ignorance and deliberate blindness are wonderful things.

I posted evidence of common descent many pages back. Neither of you have offered ANY alternative explanation of why that evidence doesn't prove common descent.

Would either of you like to offer an explanation of why parts of our DNA and parts of yeast DNA are interchangeable is NOT evidence of common descent? That is evidence that we both share an even older and less complex ancestor.

And RND you said you had scientific evidence in support of an alternative explanation of the diversity of life we see around us. Please do present it. So far you have offered NOTHING. Not one fact not one cite not a single example of ANYTHING in support of any alternative explanation.

Why not?

Do monkeys eat grilled burgers?
