What's the antediviluvian world's like?

Hello

I'm curious about what the pre-flood world would look like and what's different in that world. The bible said there were a first heaven and earth,
also there were giants, violent ones.

Please reply me with your opinions.

GOD BLESS

I believe that humans, before the flood, lived much longer than we do today. Genesis chapter 5 lists several people who lived well beyond the age that we live to today. Adam lived 930 years. Methuzelah lived to be 969 years old. Noah himself lived to be 950 years. After the account of Noah we don't have any record (but I could be wrong on this) of anyone living anywhere near those ages.

Man was also, I believe, vegetarian. God told Adam to eat of all of the trees of the garden, but says nothing of eating the animals. I don't think that God made laws about which animals to eat until later.

I have read about giants in the Bible. Most mentioned in the Bbile I think lived after the flood, but here are some links to some more info on them.

Also, just a theory, but I think it's a possibility. Scientists think that the earth's continents were once one big super-continent called pangea right? Could it be that the flood was responsible for helping break up that continent?

Just curious here... is there any scienctific proof that anicent humans lived to be almost 1000 years old or proof of the giants the Bible mentions?

There is no proof of people living to be over 900 years old. There is no way to prove the age of any remains at its time of death (is there?). There are certainly ways of providing clues of it, but no proof.

But giants have existed for centuries and still live today in many parts of the world. I don't see why they could not have existed at the time of the Bible.

I heard of Robert Wadlow, That is why I posted this topic
He is said to be the tallest person who ever lived, could he be part of the nearly extinct race of the Giants before the flood?
I am aware this sound like a conspiracy theory.
I don't really believe Robert is a Nephilim.
But I'm asking you a question, could there be giants still living?
The biblical giants?

I honestly don't know. There are giants still alive in tribes in Africa I believe, but I do not know if they are descendants of the Biblical giants.

I do think that the giants spoken of in Genesis 6 were the offspring of angels and men. Whenever the term "sons of God" is used I think it generally refers to angels. But all of those people were killed in the flood.

No, No, No.
Listen, the world before the flood was a world that we cannot comprehend and science tries to destory.
There really were giants and dinosaurs and all sorts of creatures, neanderthals were cavemen, there rich empires and great civilizations.
Evolution says that the earth has existed for millions of years, and that men and women can't possibly live as long as the Bible said they could. But science has no proof.
But the thing is they did, evolution is just a bunch of claptrap that scientists believe (and many of them do know that it can't of happened they way they say it does) because evolution means there is no God who rules all, which means they can live the way they want.
Its all the choice of faith.

I respectfully disagree. Some people believe the the "sons of God" were fallen angels. They probably were not angels because angels do not marry or reproduce (Matt 22:30; Mark 12 30). Some scholars believe that this scripture refers to the descendants of Seth who intermarried with Cain's "evil" descendants ("the daughters of men"). this would have weakened the good influence of the faithful and increased moral depravity in the world. resulting in an explosion of evil in the world. Just something for you to pick your brain on.

Jay1_Z,
Thanks for the post. I have read about that belief too. About the Sons of God being Seth's descendants and the daughters of men as Cain's line. But how would this union produce giant (nephilim) offspring? Just wondering.
