Well, there are plenty of glaciers around for you to see firsthand right now. As for the ice age and glacial action in the Great Lakes area, I can go over the evidence with you, but I doubt you'll listen.

Again, another source indicating the age of Niagara Falls, which is about 12,000 years old. Again, in this link, they say that the Falls began eroding when the ice/glacier melted, rather than believing in the creation account found in the Bible. The world does not believe in God, obviously, and will never give God credit for what he has done, in creating the earth and everything we see in it.

FFH, no one is debating how long the falls have been eroding but, unlike you, we are willing to acknowledge the facts in this case as to how it was formed to erode in the first dang place. And it wasn't "goddidit".

And yet you STILL ignore my comment about the layers of rock in the Grand Canyon that go back as far as 2 billion years. Yeah, that's right...2 billion.


One more thing FFH. Just how do you think these rocks got this smooth and these grooves in them?

Really? I mean... really? You will except geological proof of the erosion of Niagra Falls but ignore geological proof of glaciers, even when the proof comes from the same source. Wow. I mean... Wow.

Please excuse the scientists for putting aside this idea and theory of God to search out the facts of existence and creation. Not everybody is comfortable with looking at the world through the narrow-minded viewpoint of religion. Whereas you begin the search with a presumptuous, speculative answer of there being a God who created all of this in 7 literal days, there are actual people getting down to the nitty-gritty and attemtping to understand all of it. They are comfortable with coming to the table with no presumptions, so that their search for answers is an honest and open-ended one...

Don't get mixed into it please. I am sure he is not plotting revenge for giving him the credit for the creation of Earth. Would God not be pleased his so called creation are thinking for themselves?

The BoM is one of the newest adaptation of the christian faith. It can neither be confirmed nor disproven and is only considered holy and sacred to a small religious sect of the world. Your acceptance of it as an authority is noted and your faith is admirable albeit appearantly blind based on the arguments you make in this thread.

If you honestly believe the earth to be 12,000 years old then you should have no problem in an honest exploration of why scientiest believe the earth to be billions of years old.

The difference in your cited age of the earth and that of the accepted consensus is not a small difference. Do you think it is a conspiracy to hide the most powerful being in the universe? Are people who rely on potassium argon to date the globe fools?

For crying out loud FFH...have you never heard of beauty being in the eye of the beholder or Beauty being only skin deep? You could take any one of your models from early on in this sham of a thread, and no matter how beautiful they may appear on the outside they may be just outright beotches and dispicable people on the inside. Are they then still proof of "god's creation"?

Okay, I'll try and find a male face for ya.

There are not many male faces that I find attractive, but I have seen some that have made me take a second look in awe of what can be created and the many different faces that can be created.

I like the variety I see in the human face. It's not about the body, it's about the face. There is a little variety in the human body, but not as much as the face, so I like to focus on that. I've worked with so many who do not find themselves attractive and yet they are, when you talk with them. I love people, all kinds and I try and help bring out the best in everyone.

I don't mean to offend.

I think i've posted enough female faces. I'll try and find some male faces. I just don't find males attractive, but I've seen some that make me stop and take a second look at their face.

You have to realize that I'm an artist. I've studied art since I was in 7th grade and my art teachers kept pushing me to keep it up all through High School and my last art teacher said I should continue on with my art studies in college. My seventh grade art teacher said "It would be a shame if I didn't continue on studying art". I loved art, but had no patience for it after a while.

I love art in the human form. There is no hiding that, but I also appreciate GREAT scenery, but it's not as affective when doing a thread like this.

The human form is more powerful when trying to get someone's attention.

I don't want this to be anything more than what it is, a way to get people to think of their origins.

Our origins are not microbial.

You just don't get it do you? Man didn't make the stones I posted a pic of. Those were worn and grooved by slow moving ice. A glacier.


You know what FFH? You want to believe in the bible being literal? You believe that there was this great flood that covered the whole of the Earth and there was an old man named Noah that built a big ark and brought two of every species on it? Please explain what happened to the mammoths. What about the saber-toothed tigers? Do you actually contend that these species did not exist? They were alive during ice age times, but since you don't believe that there even was such a time do you deny their existence? And if you do not deny their existence then what happened to them?
